{"id":9952,"date":"2022-01-04T10:14:36","date_gmt":"2022-01-04T10:14:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=9952"},"modified":"2022-01-04T10:14:36","modified_gmt":"2022-01-04T10:14:36","slug":"oblak-kocke-sa-malinama","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=9952","title":{"rendered":"Oblak Kocke Sa Malinama"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Jako ukusne kremaste kocke, ukus malina, \u010dokolade, sa koricom od prhkog testa i jednom beze koricom.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci:<br \/>\nZa prhko testo:<br \/>\n100 gr putera<br \/>\n30 gr \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<br \/>\n1 kesica vanilin \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n3 \u017eumanceta<br \/>\n200 gr bra\u0161na<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica pra\u0161ka za pecivo<\/p>\n<p>Za beze koricu:<br \/>\n3 belanceta<br \/>\n150 gr \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161ika soka od limuna<br \/>\n2 ka\u0161ike gustina<\/p>\n<p>Za fil od malina:<br \/>\n600 gr malina ( koristim zamrznute)<br \/>\n4 dcl vode<br \/>\n5 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n3 pudinga od maline<\/p>\n<p>Za beli fil:<br \/>\n500 ml slatke pavlake<br \/>\n100 gr bele \u010dokolade<br \/>\n250 gr kisele pavlake<br \/>\nZa \u010dokoladni preliv:<br \/>\n200 ml slatke pavlake<br \/>\n200 gr \u010dokolade<br \/>\n25 gr putera<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<br \/>\nNapraviti prhko testo. Umutiti 100 gr putera sa \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu, 1 vanilin \u0161e\u0107erom, dodati 3 \u017eumanca, dobro umutiti i dodati bra\u0161ni i pra\u0161ak za pecivo. Zamesiti testo uviti u providnu foliju i ostaviti da stane 1 sat u fri\u017eideru.<br \/>\nOdstajalo testo tanko razvaljati na papir za pe\u010denje veli\u010dine 25x 35 cm, izbockati vilju\u0161kom i pe\u0107i na 180 stepeni 8-10 minuta.<br \/>\nUmutiti 3 belanceta sa 150 gr \u0161e\u0107era, dodati 1 ka\u0161iku soka od limuna i 2 ka\u0161ike gustina. Masu staviti na papir za pe\u010denje veli\u010dine 25 x 35 cm. Pe\u0107i na 100 stepeni 1 sat.<br \/>\nFil od malina: U posudu staviti 600 gr malina, 2 dcl vode i 5 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era. Kuvati dok se \u0161e\u0107er ne istopi. Umutiti 3 pudinga od maline sa 2 dcl vode, dodati u kuvane maline i sve skupa kuvati dok se ne zgusne i toplo staviti na pe\u010denu koru od prhkog testa i ostaviti da se ohladi.<br \/>\nUmutiti 500 ml slatke pavlake, dodati 100 gr istopljene bele \u010dokolade i 250 gr kisele pavlake.<br \/>\nMasu staviti preko malina. Preko malina pe\u010denu hladnu beze koru.<br \/>\nNa tihoj vatri istopiti me\u0161aju\u0107i 200 ml slatke pavlake, 25 gr putera i 200 gr \u010dokolade ( masa ne sme da provri), prohladiti i preliti preko beze kore.
