Rastvoriti sve sastojke i ostaviti na toplom 10-tak minuta.<\/p>\n<p>U nado\u0161li kvasac dodadati pola kg bra\u0161na, so i ulje i varja\u010dom blago \u201cizlupati\u201d testo da \u0161to vi\u0161e vazduha udje u njega. Uz postepeno dodavanje preostalog bra\u0161na, rukama umesiti mekano testo koje se ne lepi za ruke.<br \/>\n2.<\/p>\n<p>Testo prekriti prianjaju\u0107om folijom i krpom i ostaviti ga na toplom 1 sat da udvostri\u010di koli\u010dinu.<\/p>\n<p>Nado\u0161lo testo podeliti na 4- 8 lopti, u zavisnosti od veli\u010dine kifli, blago ih premesiti uz dodatak malo bra\u0161na, prekriti ih i ostaviti ih 10-tak minuta da \u201codmore\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>3.<\/p>\n<p>Na pobra\u0161njenoj podlozi od svake lopte rastanjiti krug, ise\u0107i ga na 8 delova, na krajevima staviti nadev po \u017eelji i zaviti kifle.<\/p>\n<p>4.<\/p>\n<p>Pripremljene kifle slagati u pleh oblo\u017een pek papirom, prekriti krpom i ostaviti kifle na toplom 1 sat da lepo narastu.<\/p>\n<p>Umutiti \u017eumanca s malo ulja ili mleka, premazati kifle i posuti kimom ili susamom, a slatke \u0161e\u0107erom.<\/p>\n<p>5.<\/p>\n<p>Rernu zagrejati na 250 stepeni, preko svake kifle staviti po listi\u0107 margarina, smanjiti temperaturu rerne na 200 stepeni, staviti kifle da se peku do rumene boje.<\/p>\n<p>Poslu\u017eivanje<br \/>\nPe\u010dene kifle prohladiti i mo\u017eete ih zamrzavati i po potrebi ih poslu\u017eiti kao da su tek pe\u010dene.<br \/>\nIzvadite ih 2 sata ranije i ostaviti na sobnoj temperaturi da se dobro odmrznu i budu za jelo.<br \/>\nAli ih mo\u017eete i tako zamrznute zagrejati u rerni.
