{"id":9815,"date":"2021-12-28T09:30:52","date_gmt":"2021-12-28T09:30:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=9815"},"modified":"2021-12-28T09:30:52","modified_gmt":"2021-12-28T09:30:52","slug":"bullari-sa-kremom-od-vanilije","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=9815","title":{"rendered":"BULLARI SA KREMOM OD VANILIJE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sastojci<br \/>\nTijesto:<br \/>\n1 paketic svjezeg kvasca ( 50 gr)<br \/>\n100 gr maslaca\/margarina<br \/>\n3 dl mlijeka<br \/>\n1 dl secera<br \/>\n8 dl brasna<br \/>\n2 male kasicice kardemume<\/p>\n<p>Punjenje<br \/>\n2 dl kreme od vanilije<\/p>\n<p>Garniranje<br \/>\nmalo istopljenog margarina i malo secera<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<br \/>\n1.<br \/>\nIzmrvi kvasac u toplom mlijeku, pusti da nadodje, dodaj istopljeni maslac<br \/>\n2.<br \/>\nDodaj secer i eventualno kardemumu, polako sipaj brasno i mjesi<br \/>\n3.<br \/>\nUmjesi glatko tijesto i pusti da nadodje, tako 30 min<br \/>\n4.<br \/>\nIstresi nadoslo tijesto na podlogu i podijeli i u 2 dijela<br \/>\n5.<br \/>\nUvaljaj u duge valjke i dijeli u kuglice jednake velicine, ne premale (velicine sake otpr.)tijesto i priprema<\/p>\n<p>6.<br \/>\nPoredaj na tepsiju oblozenu masnim papirom i pusti da odmaraju 15 min<br \/>\n7.<br \/>\nnapravi udubljenja u svakoj i puni kremom od vanilije punjenje<\/p>\n<p>8.<br \/>\nPremazi umucenim jajetom (ne po kremi) i pusti ih jos 10 min. za to vrijeme ugrij pecnicu do 225`C ( ili nek je dobro vruca)<br \/>\n9.<br \/>\nPeci ih 8-10 min, ispecene i vruce ih premazi istopljenim maslacem i pospi obilno secerom i pusti da se ohlade peceni bullari<\/p>\n<p>Poslu\u017eivanje<br \/>\nKremu od vanilje kuham od slatkog tekuceg vrhnja i secera sa dodatkom vanilije i na kraju malo krumpirovog brasna, to je ovdje kao gustin.
