Ako volite princes krofne ili krempite ova torta \u0107e vas odu\u0161eviti. U biskvit se dodajte u mleveni keks za bolji ukus. Biskvit prema\u017eite eurokremom, a onda nafiluje vanila filom. Dekori\u0161ite po \u017eelji. Ovo je odli\u010dna torta za sve prilike pogotovo za one koji vole kremaste i mekane poslatice koje se tope u ustima.<\/p>\n<p>SASTOJCI:<br \/>\nZa biksvit:<br \/>\n5 belanaca<br \/>\nprstohvat soli<br \/>\n90 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\naroma vanile (ili 10 g vanilin \u0161e\u0107era)<br \/>\n70 g mlevenog keksa<br \/>\n50 g bra\u0161na<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica pra\u0161ka za pecivo<br \/>\n80 ml mleka<br \/>\n2-3 ka\u0161ike eurokrema<\/p>\n<p>Za fil:<br \/>\n700 ml mleka<br \/>\n5 \u017eumanaca<br \/>\naroma vanile (ili 10 g vanilin \u0161e\u0107era)<br \/>\n90 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n80 g pudinga od vanile<br \/>\n100 g mleka u prahu<br \/>\n125 g maslaca<\/p>\n<p>Jo\u0161:<br \/>\noko 100 g keksa<br \/>\noko 220 ml mleka<\/p>\n<p>Za dekoraciju:<br \/>\n120 g \u0161laga<br \/>\n250 ml kisele vode (iz fri\u017eidera)<br \/>\nmleveni keks<br \/>\ndekorativne perlice<\/p>\n<p>PRIPREMA:<\/p>\n<p>Biskvit: U belanca dodajte prstohvat soli i po\u010dnite da mutite mikserom.<\/p>\n<p>Posle 3 minuta mu\u0107enja, postepeno dodajte \u0161e\u0107er i aromu vanile.<\/p>\n<p>Umutite belanca u \u0161ne i dodajte mleveni keks. Mutite jos minut.<\/p>\n<p>Zatim dodajte prosejano bra\u0161ano i pra\u0161ak za pecivo.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160patulom dobro prome\u0161ajte sastojke, da se sjedine. Kalup (24 cm) oblo\u017eite sa papirom za pe\u010denje.<\/p>\n<p>Smesu izlijte u kalup. Pecite u zagrejanoj rerni na 180\u00b0C oko 15-20 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Proverite \u010da\u010dkalicom da li je kora pe\u010dena. Viljuskom izbockajte vru\u0107 biskvit.<\/p>\n<p>Preko prelijte mleko. Sa\u010dekajte par minuta da biksvit upije mleko.<\/p>\n<p>Mo\u017eete da ga prema\u017eete sa eurokremom odmah ili kasnije kada se kora ohladi.<\/p>\n<p>Izvadite biskvit iz kalupa i odvojte ga od papira za pe\u010denje.<\/p>\n<p>Fil: Stavite 500 ml mleka da se kuva. U \u010diniji umutite \u017eumanca sa \u0161e\u0107erom, aromom vanile, pudingom, mlekom u prahu i 200 ml mleka.<\/p>\n<p>Smesu sipajte u provrelo mleko. Kuvajte na \u0161poretu, uz konstantno me\u0161anje, dok se smesa ne zgusne. Sklonite sa ringle, pa fil prekrijte sa folijom.<\/p>\n<p>Ostavite da se ohladi. U ohla\u0111en fil dodajte masalac. Mikserom dobro izmutite sastojke.<\/p>\n<p>Filovanje torte:<\/p>\n<p>Stavite obru\u010d kalupa oko biskvita, premazanog sa eurokremom.<\/p>\n<p>Preko prema\u017eite polovinu fila. Keks uma\u010dite u mleko i pore\u0111ajte preko.<\/p>\n<p>Prema\u017eite ostatak fila preko keksa.
