Kore stavi na ravnu plohu i narezi na velicinu dubljeg pleha koji koristis . Trebas 12 kora , pa ako ti koja nedostaje nadomjesti ju sa odrezanim djelovima . Maslac otopi i malo prohladi , a ljesnjake nasjeckaj .<\/p>\n<p>2.<br \/>\nDno i stranice pekaca premazi maslacem , pa poslozi 6 korica svaku premazujuci otopljenim maslacem . I sestu koricu premazi , pa preko nje rasporedi sjeckane ljesnjake . Preko ljesnjaka slazi opet narednih 6 korica premazujuci ih otopljenim maslacem . Zadnju koricu obilato premazi maslacem .<\/p>\n<p>3.<br \/>\nSlozenu baklavu narezi na manje kocke , nastoj da ti noz bude dosta ostar . Ostatak otopljenog maslaca ravnomjerno rasporedi preko narezane baklave .<\/p>\n<p>4.<br \/>\nPeci baklavu u zagrijanoj pecnici na 180 stupnjeva 25 minuta , dok lijepo porumeni . U medjuvremenu napravi sirup tako sto ces staviti secer , vaniliju i vodu da se kuhaju , pa kad uskuhaju smanji vatru i nastavi kuhati 10-tak min . Nakon 10 minuta u dobiveni sirup uspi mlijeko , promijesaj i skini sa vatre .<\/p>\n<p>5.<br \/>\nGotovu \u2013 pecenu baklavu izvadi iz pecnice i zalij toplim sirupom . Mozda ce izgledati da je puno sirupa , ali sve ce to korice upiti . Ostavi baklavu tako na sobnoj temperaturi 35-40 min , dok korice ne upiju skoro sav sirup . Na kraju pospi svaku kocku sa malo sjecknih ljesnjaka .<\/p>\n<p>6.<br \/>\nAko zelis baklavu mozes servirati odmah , a ako planiras sutra , onda baklavu prekrij folijom i spremi u hladnjak . Prije serviranja izvadi baklavu iz hladnjaka da ponovo dodje na sobnu temperaturu jer je tako najbolja .
