Zatim odvojiti bjelance od \u017eumanaca. Umutiti \u017eumanca i \u0161e\u0107er, dodati ulje, pa mlijeko i na kraju bra\u0161no pomje\u0161ano sa pra\u0161kom za pecivo i limunovom koricom. Izliti smjesu u poma\u0161\u0107enu tepsiju i pe\u0107i 10-tak minuta na temperaturi od 200\u00b0 (vi\u0161e ili manje, zavisno od va\u0161e pe\u0107nice) U agdu dodati limun. Zatim napraviti \u0161aum, i to ovako: mutiti bjelanca, prvo na najmanjoj brzini miksera 2 minute, onda na ve\u0107oj i dodavati po ka\u0161iku \u0161e\u0107era i mutiti. Na kraju pove\u0107ati na najve\u0107u brzinu. Umu\u0107enim bjelancima dodati agdu i dobro izmutiti mikserom.<br \/>\nBjelanca morate zaista dobro umutiti, mutite svo vrijeme dok se pe\u010de kore, a posebno ih dobro umutite kad dodate agdu. Preko kore izliti \u0161aum, poravnajte i vratite u pe\u0107nicu na 4-5 minuta, tako da se formira korica. Ostaviti da se ohladi na sobnoj temperaturi, a zatim stavite u fri\u017eider. Napomena: Od navedene koli\u010dine namirnica napravi se zaista povelik kola\u010d (dimenzija tepsije za pe\u010denje kore treba biti cca 40\u00d730 sm!).
