Postepeno dodajte jedan deo bra\u0161na i ka\u0161i\u010dicu soli pa mesite uz dodavanje ostatka bra\u0161na.<br \/>\nNa pobra\u0161njenoj radnoj podlozi izmesite testo uz dodavanje bra\u0161na po potrebi. Stavite nauljeno testo u naljenu vanglicu, poklopite najlonom i ostavite na toplom da naraste. Najbolje bi bilo da testo ostavite oko sat i po do dva sata.<br \/>\nTesto zatim prebacite na pobra\u0161njenu podlogu i isecite na sitnije delove. Oklagijom razvijajte \u010detvrtasti oblik pa filujte omiljenim nadevom.<br \/>\nUz pomo\u0107 seka\u010da ili no\u017ea napravite proreze pa umotajte kiflicu.
