{"id":9244,"date":"2021-11-29T10:11:39","date_gmt":"2021-11-29T10:11:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=9244"},"modified":"2021-11-29T10:11:39","modified_gmt":"2021-11-29T10:11:39","slug":"vanilija-cimet-kolac","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=9244","title":{"rendered":"Vanilija cimet kola\u010d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sastojci<\/p>\n<p>Biskvit:<br \/>\n5 jaja<br \/>\n125 gr secera<br \/>\nprstohvat soli<br \/>\n3 zlice vode<br \/>\n60 gr brasna<br \/>\n1\/2 praska za pecivo<br \/>\n1 zlicica cimeta<br \/>\n1 zlicica \u0111umbira<br \/>\n1 zlicica kakaa<\/p>\n<p>Krema:<br \/>\n2 pudinga od vanilije<br \/>\n4 zlice secera<br \/>\n7,5 dcl mlijeka<br \/>\n250 gr maslaca ili margarina<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<br \/>\nZa biskvit, odvojiti bjeljanjke i zumanjke.<br \/>\nU bjeljanjke dodati prstohvat soli, istuci s mikserom do pola te dodati zlicu secera i istuci do kraja.<br \/>\nU zumanjke dodati ostatak secera i 3 zlice vode te pjenasto izmutiti.<br \/>\nU pjenaste zumanjke dodati malo snijega od bjeljanjaka i malo grublje promjesati kako bi se smjese prilagodile jedna drugoj. Zatim sipati zumanjke malo po malo u bjeljanjke i mijesati.<br \/>\nProsijati zajedno sve prahove i pomalo ih dodavati smjesi od jaja.
