{"id":9221,"date":"2021-11-28T13:49:33","date_gmt":"2021-11-28T13:49:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=9221"},"modified":"2023-10-18T21:16:39","modified_gmt":"2023-10-18T20:16:39","slug":"lisnata-rolat-pita","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=9221","title":{"rendered":"LISNATA ROLAT PITA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sastojci<\/p>\n<p>Za testo:<br \/>\n800 gr. bra\u0161na<br \/>\n1 kockica (40 gr) kvasca<br \/>\n2,5 dl toplog mleka<br \/>\n1 dl ulja<br \/>\n1 dl kisele vode<br \/>\n2 jajeta<br \/>\n2 ka\u0161i\u010dice \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica soli<\/p>\n<p>Za premazivanje:<br \/>\n200 gr maslaca<br \/>\n200 gr krem sira<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica soli<br \/>\njedno jaje za premazivanje pite i semenke po \u017eelji<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<br \/>\n1.<br \/>\nU toplo mleko staviti ka\u0161i\u010dicu \u0161e\u0107era, ka\u0161i\u010dicu bra\u0161na i izmrvljenu kockicu kvasca, izme\u0161ati i ostaviti da se kvasac aktivira.<br \/>\nPosebno izmeriti 800 gr. bra\u0161na.<\/p>\n<p>2.<br \/>\nU \u010diniju staviti polovinu od potrebne koli\u010dine bra\u0161na, po ka\u0161i\u010dicu soli i \u0161e\u0107era, jaja, ulje, smla\u010denu kiselu vodu, podignuti kvasac i varja\u010dom dobro izme\u0161ati. Nastaviti me\u0161enje rukom uz postepeno dodavanje ostatka bra\u0161na, dok ne dobijete fino mekano testo koje se ne lepi za ruke.<br \/>\n\u010ciniju pokriti krpom i ostaviti na toplom mestu (ja je ostavim u zatvorenoj reni) da se testo di\u017ee, najmanje pola sata.<\/p>\n<p>3.<br \/>\nZa to vreme, umutiti omek\u0161ali maslac, krem sir i so.<\/p>\n<p>4.<br \/>\nNado\u0161lo testo prebaciti na dobro pobra\u0161njen sto, razvu\u0107i oklagijom na debljinu od 1 cm. i premazati sa 1\/3 umu\u0107enog maslaca i sira. Uviti u rolat i ostaviti na stolu da odmori, 15-ak minuta.<br \/>\nPonoviti jo\u0161 dva puta: pobra\u0161niti, razvu\u0107i testo, namazati pa uviti u rolat, svaki put sa odmaranjem.<\/p>\n<p>5.<br \/>\nNakon toga, testo samo istanjiti tj. razvu\u0107i u pravougaonik i uviti u rolat bez premazivanja. Mo\u017eete testo podeliti na dva dela i onda rastanjiti i uviti, da se na taj na\u010din dobiju dva tanja rolati\u0107a, ja sam tako uradila, i dobila vi\u0161e manjih rolati\u0107a.<\/p>\n<p>6.<br \/>\nPleh za pe\u010denje (okrugli, veli\u010dine 36 cm.) podmazati ili postaviti pek-papirom, pa slagati rolati\u0107e jedan do drugoga, tako da se do pola preklapaju. Mogu se re\u0111ati i u \u010detvrtasti pleh dimenzija 25\u00d735, da bude tri reda rolata.<br \/>\nOstaviti ih jo\u0161 15-ak minuta da odmore, zatim premazati umu\u0107enim jajetom*, posuti semenkama po \u017eelji i pe\u0107i u zagrejanoj rerni na 180 stepeni, dok ne porumeni.<br \/>\n* napomena \u2013 prilikom premazivanja rolati\u0107a jajetom, poku\u0161ajte da prema\u017eete samo gornji deo, ne i navoje, tako \u0107e oni biti izra\u017eeniji kada se pita ispe\u010de :))<\/p>\n<p>Poslu\u017eivanje<br \/>\nRecept je iz poslednjeg broja \u010dasopisa Dobra hrana, uz moje minimalne izmene.
