Tijesto pobra\u0161nite i ostavite odmarati na stolu prekriveno krpom.<br \/>\nMargarin nare\u017eite na kockice, zamjesite sa malo bra\u0161na, oblikujte tanju kocku i ostavite u hladnjaku.<br \/>\nBogato pobra\u0161niti radnu povr\u0161inu, lopticu tijesta razvu\u0107i na \u010detiri strane (kao plus sa debljom sredinom)<br \/>\nU sredinu staviti rashla\u0111en margarin i preklopiti ga sa razvu\u010denim \u201cstranicama\u201d.<br \/>\nTanko razvaljati tijesto u veliki pravokutnik.<\/p>\n<p>Sada preklapati:<br \/>\nna 3 sloja; uzeti lijevu stranu pravokutnika i preklopiti malo dalje od sredine zatim desnu preko toga.<br \/>\nOpet razvaljati u pravokutnik.<br \/>\nSada preklapati na 4 sloja; lijevu stranu preklopiti do sredine tijesta, desnu stranu isto do sredine pa preklopiti obje strane tijesta gdje se spajaju.<br \/>\nOpet razvaljati u pravokutnik i ponoviti preklapanje u 3 sloja.
