Vaditi krugove promjera 5 cm, debljine 2 mm. Krugove tijesta staviti na tacnu oblo\u017eenu papirom za pe\u010denje. Spremiti u zamrziva\u010d dok se ne napravi tijesto za krafnice (choux pastry).<br \/>\nKuhano tijesto (Choux pastry):<br \/>\nUzavreti vodu, maslac, \u0161e\u0107er i sol. Maknuti s vatre, dodati bra\u0161no sve odjednom i dobro ujedna\u010diti. Vratiti na vatru i kuhati stalno mije\u0161aju\u0107i dok se tijesto ne po\u010dne odvajati od posude. Prohladiti 1-2 minute pa umje\u0161ati jedno po jedno jaje. Napuniti slasti\u010darsku vre\u0107icu i istisnuti male kuglice na papir za pe\u010denje, dovoljno razmaknute jer \u0107e se napuhnuti (kuglice veli\u010dine manje \u0161jive).<br \/>\nNa svaku kuglicu staviti kolut tijesta iz zamrziva\u010da.<br \/>\nNapomena: Promjer koluta tijesta treba biti malo ve\u0107i od promjera kuglice tijesta, kako bi je pri pe\u010denju prekrio sa svih strana.<br \/>\nPe\u0107i 35-40 minuta na 180\u00b0C ili dok krafnice ne dobiju zlatno sme\u0111u boju. U \u0161lag pomalo dodavati kremu i lagano izmije\u0161ati pjenja\u010dom.<br \/>\nNapuniti slasti\u010darsku vre\u0107icu sa glatkim nastavkom.
