Pomije\u0161ati bra\u0161no , sol, \u0161e\u0107er, kvasac. Dodati jaje, otopljeni maslac u mlijeku i vode koliko je potrebno da se zamijesi tijesto. Dobro ga namijesiti. da se ne lijepi za posudu ni za ruke. Ostaviti da naraste oko sat vremena.<br \/>\nZa to vrijeme napraviti fil. Blan\u0161irati \u0161pinat, nasjeckati (dobro ga ocijediti), dodati mu sir i jaje, soli po ukusu. Sve dobro izmije\u0161ati.<br \/>\nKad tijesto naraste , podijeliti ga na 16 jednakih dijelova , mo\u017eete izvagati a i ne morate.<\/p>\n<p>Svaki dio razvaljati tanko u du\u017einu.<br \/>\nNa jednu stranu staviti malo fila pa zarolati do pola. Drugu polovicu izrezati na trake pa zarolati do kraja.<br \/>\nZatim pecivo prenijeti u tepsiju s papirom za pe\u010denje.<br \/>\nZa one koji ne vole \u0161pinat i sir, mo\u017eete napraviti par komada s hrenovkama.<br \/>\nZarolati na isti na\u010din.<br \/>\nOstaviti ih da narastu 20-30 minuta.
