U ve\u0107u posudu sipajte oko 450 g prosijanog bra\u0161na, so, ulje, nado\u0161ao kvasac i vodu. Umijesite glatko tijesto, postepeno dodavaju\u0107i jo\u0161 bra\u0161na po potrebi (oko 50-100 g).<\/p>\n<p>Ostavite tijesto na toplom jedan sat da odmori. Nakon toga tijesto podijelite na 10 dijelova i oblikujte loptice. Loptice razvucite u elipsu pa od u\u017eeg dijela urolajte kiflice. Ostavite kiflice pokrivene da odstoje sat.<\/p>\n<p>Nakon toga kiflice prema\u017eite uljem. Zagrijte rernu na 220 C, pa pecite na 200 C dok ne porumene. Pe\u010dene kiflice poprskajte vodom i prekrijte krpom, kako bi dodatno omek\u0161ale.
