{"id":8969,"date":"2021-11-12T08:57:35","date_gmt":"2021-11-12T08:57:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=8969"},"modified":"2021-11-12T08:57:35","modified_gmt":"2021-11-12T08:57:35","slug":"moja-svarcvald-torta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=8969","title":{"rendered":"Moja \u0160varcvald Torta"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sastojci<br \/>\n\u010cokoladni krem:<br \/>\n4 pudinga od \u010dokolade<br \/>\n1 l mleka<br \/>\n12 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n200 g crne \u010dokolade<br \/>\n200 g margarina<br \/>\n2 kesice \u0161laga<\/p>\n<p>Pi\u0161kota:<br \/>\n9 jaja<br \/>\n9 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n3 ka\u0161ike bra\u0161na<br \/>\n6 ka\u0161ika kakaa<\/p>\n<p>Jo\u0161:<br \/>\n500 ml slatke pavlake<br \/>\n300 g vi\u0161anja<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<br \/>\n1.<br \/>\nPrvo pravimo \u010dokoladni krem. Izmutimo pudinge sa \u0161e\u0107erom u nekih 200 ml mleka a preostalu koli\u010dinu od litre stavimo na \u0161poret da provrije i zakuvamo puding. Dok se kuva, odmah dodamo \u010dokoladu izlomljenu na kockice da se otopi i sjedini sa pudingom, i skinemo sa vatre kada se lepo zgusnulo. Preko pudinga stavimo najlonsku foliju da se ne bi stvorila korica i ostavimo ga da se skroz ohladi.<br \/>\n2.<br \/>\nPotom prelazimo na pi\u0161kotu. Odvojimo belanca od \u017eumanaca i mikserom umutimo \u010dvrst sneg od belanaca dodavaju\u0107i postepeno \u0161e\u0107er. Zatim u sneg od belanaca dodajemo jedno po jedno \u017eumance i mutimo mikserom. Na kraju dodamo bra\u0161no i kakao i lagamo prome\u0161amo varja\u010dom da se sve lepo sjedini. Izlijemo pi\u0161kotu u pleh oblo\u017een papirom za pe\u010denje i pe\u010demo u prethodno zagrejanoj pe\u0107nici na 180 stepeni, nekih 20-25 minuta. (Dimenzije pleha su 43\u00d736 cm.) Sa ispe\u010dene pi\u0161kote skinemo papir i ostavimo je da se ohladi.<br \/>\n3.<br \/>\nSada se vra\u0107amo na ohla\u0111eni puding. Skinemo foliju, izmutimo penasto margarin i dodamo ga u puding pa mutimo mikserom. Na kraju dodamo i dva \u0161laga (prah iz kesice a ne umu\u0107en \u0161lag), i mutimo mikserom dok krem ne postane lagan i penast.<br \/>\n4.<br \/>\nIzmutimo i slatku pavlaku, pa filujemo tortu na slede\u0107i na\u010din. Pi\u0161kotu prese\u010demo uzdu\u017e na tri lente.<br \/>\nPreko prve lente prema\u017eemo \u010dokoladni krem, pa nabacamo preko njega vi\u0161nje, pa prema\u017eemo slatkom pavlakom. Stavimo drugu lentu, pa ponovo \u010dokoladni krem, vi\u0161nje, slatka pavlaka.
