{"id":8879,"date":"2021-11-09T10:46:11","date_gmt":"2021-11-09T10:46:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=8879"},"modified":"2021-11-09T10:46:11","modified_gmt":"2021-11-09T10:46:11","slug":"kolac-jutarnja-rosa-savrsenstvo-bez-mane","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=8879","title":{"rendered":"KOLA\u010c &#8220;JUTARNJA ROSA&#8221;&#8230;SAVR\u0160ENSTVO BEZ MANE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Savr\u0161enstvo bez mane.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci<br \/>\n200 gr. margarin<br \/>\n1 \u0161olja \u0161e\u010dera (250 ml \u0161olja)<br \/>\n3 jaja + bjelanak koji ostane od kuglica<br \/>\n2 \u0161olje bra\u0161na<br \/>\n250 ml. kiselog vrhnja<br \/>\n5 \u017elice mlijeka<br \/>\n2 \u017elice kakao (za drugu polovinu)<br \/>\n1 kesica pra\u0161ak za pecivo<\/p>\n<p>Za kuglice:<br \/>\n200 gr. svje\u017eeg sira<br \/>\n4 \u017elice \u0161e\u010dera<br \/>\n1 \u017eumanjak<br \/>\n1 kesica vanilin \u0161e\u010der<br \/>\n7-8 \u017elica kokosovog bra\u0161na<\/p>\n<p>Za kremu:<br \/>\n350 ml. mlijeka<br \/>\n150 gr. \u0161e\u010dera<br \/>\n3 \u017elice mekog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n1 kesica vanilin \u0161e\u010der 100 gr. margarin ( dodaje se kad se ohladi krema)<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<br \/>\nPrvo napravite kuglice, tijesto mora da bude dovoljno tvrdo da se naprave kuglice u veli\u010dini kokosovih kuglica.Kuglice stavite na poslu\u017eavnik i u zamirziva\u010d na pola sata.<br \/>\nZatim mekani margarin izmiksajte sa \u0161e\u010derom, dodajte jaja i bjelanak,kiselo vrhnje,na vrhnje odozgo dodajte pecilni pra\u0161ak i malo ga promje\u0161ajte u vrhnju.<br \/>\nZatim dodajte mlijeko,izmiksajte i polako dodavajte bra\u0161no.Izmiksajte fino.<br \/>\nPola tijesto izlijte u nama\u0161\u010deni kalup a u drugoj polovini dodajte 2 \u017elice tamnog kakaa.Izmje\u0161ajte da se lijepo sjedini i tamni deo izlijte preko svijetlog dijela i poravnajte lepo \u017elicom.<\/p>\n<p>Kuglice koje su stale u zamrziva\u010d potisnite u tijesto kako na VIDEU na jednakom rastojanju .<br \/>\nPecite na 180 stepeni od 40-45 minuta u kalup br.24 ili u manju tepsiju.Ohladite.Ja sam pekla u 28 cm, ali mi je ispao ni\u017ei nego u originalu.<br \/>\nDok \u010dekate da se pe\u010de skuhajte kremu.<br \/>\nZa kremu&#8230;izmje\u0161ajte \u0161ecer i bra\u0161no, dodajte vanilu i polako dodavajte u mlazu mlijeko<br \/>\nneprestano mje\u0161ajuci metlicom da ne nastanu grudvica.A ako nastanu ukljucite \u0161tapni<br \/>\nmikser i izmiksajte i grudvice ce nestati.<br \/>\nKremu ohladite i dodajte 100 gr. margarina i izmiksajte mikserom.Nama\u017eite kolac,<br \/>\nposujte naribanom cokoladom ili kakaom.<\/p>\n<p>Poslu\u017eivanje<br \/>\nPreporu\u010dujem da koristite tamni kakao kako bi efekt na kola\u010du bio ljep\u0161i.Isto tako kola\u010d 2-3 sata ohladite i zatim poslu\u017eite jer je ohla\u0111en mnogo osvje\u017eavaju\u0107i.<br \/>\ncoolinarika.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Savr\u0161enstvo bez mane.
