Ostaviti da odstoji bar sat, a moze i preko noci, ali drzite u frizideru, i izvadite bar pola sata prije razvijanja kora. Luk crni izrendati sitno, bijeli nasjeckati i zajedno sa zacinima umijesiti u meso. Tijesto cete podijeliti na dva ili tri dijela u zavisnosti od duzine oklagije i velicine stola na kojem razvijate buredzike. Od toga vam isto zavisi koliko cete mesa utrositit, ako imate vise jufki vise mesa ce vam trebati, takodje ako kore razvucete vrlo tanko, trebacete vise mesa.<br \/>\n2.<br \/>\nRazvuci koru koliko mozete pa je obilno premazati uljem ili puterm pa okolo staviti meso. Polako rolati koru prema sredini ne sjecuci je.<\/p>\n<p>3.<br \/>\nOvako rolana kora se zove pita na uckur, i meni je posebno fina jer se tijesto razvuce veoma tanko.<\/p>\n<p>4.<br \/>\nOtkidati komade velicine malo vecih zalogaja, pa otinute krajeve presavijati prema dole.<\/p>\n<p>5.<br \/>\nRedati u tepsiju pa peci na 230 nekih pola sata, smanjiti na 200 pa peci jos petnaestak minuta.<\/p>\n<p>6.<br \/>\nZum ispeceni buredzici.<\/p>\n<p>7.<br \/>\nPomijesati pavlaku i kiselo mlijeko, te u njih izrezati nekoliko cehni bijelog luka. Tradicionalno buredzici se prelijevaju vrhnjem i kiselim mlijekom u koje se nasjecka bijeli luk, i ja ih bas volim zbog toga.
