KORICE SU TANKE I PRELIVAJU SE MLEKOM, FILOVI SU KREMASTI.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci<br \/>\nKORE :<br \/>\n15 belanaca<br \/>\n15 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n6 ka\u0161ika bra\u0161na<br \/>\n9 ka\u0161ika mlevene plazme<br \/>\n1 kesica pra\u0161ka za pecivo<br \/>\noko 3dl mleka , za prelivanje kora<\/p>\n<p>FIL I :<br \/>\n15 \u017eumanaca<br \/>\n250g-300g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n12 ka\u0161ika bra\u0161na<br \/>\n1l mleka<br \/>\n250g maslaca ili margarina<\/p>\n<p>FIL II :<br \/>\n500g \u0161laga (u prahu)<br \/>\n6 dl mleka<br \/>\n150g mlevene plazme<br \/>\n150g mleka u prahu<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<br \/>\n\u010cvrsto umutiti belanca (ja uvek pre mu\u0107enja dodam soli u prst) sa \u0161e\u0107erom. U \u010diniji izme\u0161ati bra\u0161no sa pra\u0161kom za pecivo i keksom. Ka\u0161ikom lagano ume\u0161ati suve sastojke u sneg od belanaca. Masu raspodeliti za 3 kore. Pe\u0107i na pek-papiru, u \u010detvrtastom plehu 38x26cm (unutra\u0161nje mere pleha) na 180C, par minuta svega (zavisi od rerne) jer su korice tanke. Ja pe\u010dem dve odjedared, tako da ova tre\u0107a kratko \u010deka i nema vremena da spadnu belanci. Pe\u010dene korice prebaciti na sto zajedno sa papirom ispod. Svaku preliti sa oko 1dl mleka ( mogu se i izbockati vilju\u0161kom).<\/p>\n<p>FIL I :<br \/>\nU \u017eumanca staviti \u0161e\u0107er (ja sam 250g ,a u receptu koji sam dobila je 350g) i umutiti da pobele.<br \/>\nOd 1l mleka odvojiti malo (oko 2dl a ostatak staviti da provri) i u njemu razmutiti bra\u0161no da nema grudvica. Potom mikserom izme\u0161ati umu\u0107ena \u017eumanca sa razmu\u0107enim bra\u0161nom i sve ukuvati u provrelom mleku. Pri tom, mleko uvek sklonim sa ringle i mutim mikserom najmanjom brzinom. Kad ume\u0161ate \u017eumanca, onda vratite na ringlu a temperaturu obavezno smanjite. I dok se fil kuva za me\u0161anje koristim mikser, gasim ga povremeno\u2026 Kad se zgusne, fil ostaviti da se ohladi. Umutiti maslac i sjediniti mikserom sa ohla\u0111enim filom.<\/p>\n<p>FIL II :<br \/>\n\u0160lag umutiti sa 6 dl hladnog mleka. Dodati mleko u prahu , izmutiti. Dodati zatim i mlevenu plazmu i sve lepo sjediniti (to traje kratko). Po \u017eelji, 7 ka\u0161ika fila II ume\u0161ati u fil I. Ja nisam jer sam zaboravila i na sre\u0107u,ni\u0161ta nije falilo, tek sad vidim da tako pi\u0161e u receptu\u2026 Filovati redom kora, fil I, fil II, kora\u2026 ili po \u017eelji!<\/p>\n<p>Poslu\u017eivanje:<br \/>\nTorta je tako ne\u017enog i so\u010dnog ukusa mleka , plazme\u2026 Zaista nas je osvojila\u2026<br \/>\nKoli\u010dinu \u0161e\u0107era sam smanjila i u korama i u filu I tako da nema opasnosti da bude preslatka.<br \/>\nNajbolja je kad otstoji dva dana pre se\u010denja i konzumacije\u2026<\/p>\n<p>coolinarika.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>SAVR\u0160ENA KOMBINACIJA.
