Staviti papir u podmazan pleh (ja sam obi\u010dan beli papir stavila premazala uljem i posula bra\u0161nom kao i obod pleha, koristila sam pleh dimenzije dna 22 x33 cm ), sipati masu i ispe\u0107i koru. Pe\u0107i u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 stepeni. Probati \u010da\u010dkalicom da li je pe\u010dena. Koru izvaditi da se hladi i pa\u017eljivo skidati hartiju sa nje da se ne bi otkinuo sa hartijom i koji komad.<br \/>\n7 ka\u0161ika oraha \u2013 75 gr<br \/>\n7 ka\u0161ika mlevena plazme \u2013 90 gr<br \/>\nTako uraditi i sa drugom korom.<\/p>\n<p>2.<br \/>\n14 \u017eumanaca umutiti 180 gr \u0161e\u0107era, 4 ka\u0161ike bra\u0161na i postepeno dodavaju\u0107i mleko od pola litre. Ostatak mleka staviti da provri, smanjiti vatru i dodati umu\u0107ena \u017eumanca, ukuvati uz stalno me\u0161anje, dobro sve umutiti da se ne bi pravile grudvice i staviti da se ohladi.<\/p>\n<p>3.<br \/>\nUmutiti 250 gr maslaca ili margarina sa ohla\u0111enim filom pa dodati 200 gr mlevene plazme, 200 gr seckanih oraha, 100 gr seckane \u010dokolade i narand\u017eu koja je samlevena na ma\u0161ini za meso ili blenderu ( uzeti neku koja ima tanju koru i prethodno je staviti na 2-3 sata u zamrziva\u010d da bi se lak\u0161e samlela )<\/p>\n<p>4.<br \/>\nFilovati tortu, kora fil, kora fil i na kraju preliti glazurom od \u010dokolade. Staviti malo u fri\u017eider da se stegne pa je posle prelivati glazurom .<br \/>\nKore pre filovanja izbockati ili izgrebati blago vilju\u0161kom pa naliti malo sokom od narand\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p>5.<br \/>\nGlazuru sam spremala s jajetom.<br \/>\nIstopiti 100 gr \u010dokolade sa 60 gr margarina i kad se rastopi dodati jedno manje jaje i brzo sve umutiti. Mo\u017ee i mikserom sa jednom vilju\u0161kom, najslabijom brzinom, mo\u017ee i \u017eicom ru\u010dno ( probala sam i jedno i drugo ali uglavnom pravim mikserom). Jaje daje glazuri na masi i ne puca kad se se\u010de.<br \/>\nIli preliti sa<br \/>\nGalzura 2 : Rastopiti 100 gr \u010dokolade sa 3 ka\u0161ike ulja.<\/p>\n<p>U\u017eivajte!<\/p>\n<p>Pravljena u kalupu 28 cm, sasvim je odgovaraju\u0107i kalup za ovu meru. Kora kad se ohladi, malo se skupi , dobije pre\u010dnik 27cm. Krem je \u010dvrst. \u010cokolada koja se secka za krem, mo\u017ee biti i mle\u010dna, jer se me\u0161a sa ve\u0107 ohla\u0111enim kremom i kockice ostaju kakve su, ne tope se. Ja sam upotrebila \u010dokoladu za kuvanje.<\/p>\n<p>Iz nekih razloga zadnjeg puta mi je krem bio re\u0111i (ve\u0107a pomoran\u017ea ili vi\u0161e mleka , manje bra\u0161na ) ali ni to nije problem kada se sve sjedini dodajte jo\u0161 malo ili mlevenog keksa ili oraha do \u017eeljene gustine .
