{"id":8790,"date":"2021-11-05T11:24:10","date_gmt":"2021-11-05T11:24:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=8790"},"modified":"2021-11-05T11:24:10","modified_gmt":"2021-11-05T11:24:10","slug":"obicno-radim-samo-crne-cupavce-ali-kako-volim-eksperimentirati-pitala-sam-se-kakvi-bi-bili-bijeli","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=8790","title":{"rendered":"OBI\u010cNO RADIM SAMO CRNE \u010cUPAVCE, ALI KAKO VOLIM EKSPERIMENTIRATI, PITALA SAM SE KAKVI BI BILI BIJELI\u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Obi\u010dno radim samo crne \u010dupavce, ali kako volim eksperimentirati, pitala sam se kakvi bi bili bijeli\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci<br \/>\nZA BISKVIT<br \/>\n300 gr bra\u0161na<br \/>\n250 gr \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n50 gr maslaca (sobne temperature)<br \/>\n10 \u017elica mlijeka<br \/>\n4 jaja<br \/>\n1 pp<\/p>\n<p>ZA CRNU \u201cKUPKU\u201d<br \/>\n125 gr maslaca<br \/>\n125 gr \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n125 ml mlijeka<br \/>\n100 gr \u010dokolade za kuhanje<\/p>\n<p>ZA BIJELU \u201cKUPKU\u201d<br \/>\n125 gr maslaca<br \/>\n125 gr \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n100 ml mlijeka<br \/>\n100 gr bijele \u010dokolade<br \/>\n50 ml vrhnja za \u0161lag<br \/>\n*I JO\u0160\u2026*<br \/>\ncca 300 gr kokosa<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<br \/>\nBISKVIT<br \/>\n1.<br \/>\nOdvojiti \u017eutanjke od bjelanjaka.<br \/>\n2.<br \/>\nPomije\u0161ati bra\u0161no i pp.<br \/>\n3.<br \/>\n\u017dutanjke mije\u0161ati sa 200 gr \u0161e\u0107era i sa maslacem dok ne dobijemo jednoli\u010dnu svijetlu smjesu.<br \/>\n4.<br \/>\nStalno miksaju\u0107i dodavati \u017elicu po \u017elicu mlijeka, a zatim i malo po malo bra\u0161no sa pp.<br \/>\n5.<br \/>\nUklju\u010diti pe\u0107nicu na 190.<br \/>\n6.<br \/>\nOd bjelanjaka napraviti \u010dvrsti snijeg, pred kraj dodati 50 gr \u0161e\u0107era.<br \/>\n7.<br \/>\nKuha\u010dom lagano umije\u0161ati snijeg u tijesto, bolje malo po malo nego sve odjednom.<br \/>\n8.<br \/>\nNamastiti kalup za kola\u010de, uliti tijesto, poravnati ga i pe\u0107i cca 30 minuta.<br \/>\n9.<br \/>\nOstaviti da se ohladi, pa izrezati na kockice \u017eeljene veli\u010dine.<\/p>\n<p>ZA \u201cKUPKE\u201d<br \/>\n1.<br \/>\nU jednu zdjelicu staviti na komadi\u0107e nakidanu tamnu \u010dokoladu, \u0161e\u0107er i mlijeko, a u drugu na komadi\u0107e nakidanu bijelu \u010dokoladu, \u0161e\u0107er, vrhnje i mlijeko. Zagrijavati na laganoj vatri uz \u010desto mije\u0161anje.<br \/>\n2.<br \/>\nKada dobijemo jednoli\u010dnu smjesu, u svaku zdjelicu dodati 125 gr mekanog maslaca, mje\u0161amo dok se ne otopi, kratko prokuhamo i ostavimo da se malo ohladi.<\/p>\n<p>POSTUPAK<br \/>\nKockice biskvita umo\u010dimo prvo u \u010dokoladu, a zatim uvaljamo u kokos. Sla\u017eemo na tacnu i stavimo u fri\u017eider, da se ohlade i stisnu.<\/p>\n<p>NAPOMENA<br \/>\nJa sam za bijele \u010dupavce skidala tanki gornji i donji sloj biskvita, jer je malo tamniji \u2013 u suprotnom ne bi ispali svjetli. Zbog toga su upili vi\u0161e teku\u0107ine pa su malo \u201cmokriji\u201d.
