{"id":8787,"date":"2021-11-05T11:15:59","date_gmt":"2021-11-05T11:15:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=8787"},"modified":"2021-11-05T11:15:59","modified_gmt":"2021-11-05T11:15:59","slug":"medena-karamel-pita","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=8787","title":{"rendered":"MEDENA KARAMEL PITA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sastojci<\/p>\n<p>Testo<br \/>\n500 gr. brasna<br \/>\n100 gr. maslaca ili margarina<br \/>\n80 gr. secera<br \/>\n200 gr. meda<br \/>\n1 celo jaje<br \/>\n1 dcl. mleka<br \/>\n1 kafena kasika sode-bikarbone<\/p>\n<p>Karamel fil<br \/>\n1 l. mleka<br \/>\n150 gr. brasna<br \/>\n450 gr. secera<br \/>\n300 gr. maslaca ili margarina<br \/>\n1 kesica vanil secera<br \/>\n1 dcl. vode<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<br \/>\n1.<br \/>\nBrasno istrljamo dlanovima sa masnocom, dodamo ostale sastojke za testo i umesimo glatku masu.<br \/>\n2.<br \/>\nNacinimo valjak od testa i podelimo ga na 6 loptica.<br \/>\n3.<br \/>\nSvaku lopticu nanovo premesimo da bude glatka i na dobro pobrasnjenoj dasci razvijemo u cetvrtastu koru.<br \/>\n4.<br \/>\nNa poledjini tepsije ispecemo svaki list na temperaturi od 200 stepeni.<br \/>\n5.<br \/>\nPecemo par minuta, pazite jako brzo su gotove!<br \/>\n6.<br \/>\nDok su jos tople kore odsecemo im krajeve i stavimo ih sa strane.<br \/>\nZa fil:<br \/>\n7.<br \/>\nSecer istopimo do svetlo braon boje.<br \/>\n8.<br \/>\n1 dcl. vode i 3 dcl. mleka izradimo sa brasnom da ne ostanu grudvice.<br \/>\n9.<br \/>\nDodamo toj masi ostalo mleko i sve sipamo u otopljeni secer-karamel.<br \/>\n10.<br \/>\nSkuvamo da bude gusto i da se sav karamel otopi.
