Propasirajte i dodajte maslac,pa ostavite da se prohladi. U ohla\u0111eno dodajte i preostale sastojke pa zamijesite smjesu. Valjati smjesu na mrvicama i praviti duguljasti oblik. Re\u017eite ga kao za njoke \u2014 5 cm du\u017eine i promjera oko 2 cm (mo\u017eete i ve\u0107e po va\u0161oj \u017eelji). Kroketi \u0107e se dodatno napuhati tokom pe\u010denja.<\/p>\n<p>Tijesto je savr\u0161eno i lagano se valja. Kada ih nasije\u010dete dodatno ih malo oblikujte rukama. Pecite ih u \u0161erpi u dubokom ulju. Poslu\u017eite ih po \u017eelji sa namazom ili umakom. Dobit \u0107ete oko 80 savr\u0161enih kroketa.
