IZVRSNO ZA NEKU SVECANU PRILIKU"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SASTOJCI<\/p>\n<p>1 pile sredne velicine (oko 1,7 kg)<br \/>\n150 g slanine u tankim listovima<br \/>\n1 srednja glavica crnog luka<br \/>\n2 snite hleba<br \/>\noko 1 dl mleka<br \/>\n1 jaje<br \/>\npesrsunovo lisce<br \/>\nso, biber, Vegeta<\/p>\n<p>PRIPREMA<br \/>\n1.<br \/>\nPrvo ostrim nozem pazljivo odvojiti kozicu sa pileta, pazeci pri tom da ostane cela koliko je to moguce, jer ce nam posluziti kao osnova za roladu. # Pile zatim iseci na manje komade i odvojiti meso od kostiju (od njih cemo napraviti supicu).<\/p>\n<p>2.<br \/>\nBelo meso iseci na tanke filete a meso koje smo skinuli sa bataka i pribataka usitniti u blenderu ili sitno iseckati (krilca isto mozete ubaciti u supicu).<br \/>\n3.<br \/>\nCrni luk sitno iseckati i proprziti na malo ulja, a hleb potopiti u mleko i ostaviti da stoji 10-tak minuta dok ne omeksa.<br \/>\n4.<br \/>\nPripremiti nadev: izmesati meso koje smo usitnili, dodati proprzeni luk i hleb koji smo ocedili od mleka.<br \/>\n5.<br \/>\nSve posuti seckanim persunovim liscem i dodati jedno jaje. Zaciniti po ukusu (bice dovoljna 1 ravna kasicica Vegete, 1\/2 kasicice soli i malo bibera).<br \/>\n6.<br \/>\nPreko lista od alu folije rasiriti prvo kozicu od pileta (ako se negde pocepala samo lepo namestiti), odgore rasporediti tanke listove slanine. # Preko toga staviti filete belog mesa, malo posoliti a zatim naneti pripremljeni nadev.<br \/>\n7.<br \/>\nSve zajedno uviti u roladu, jos malo posoliti i preliti uljem, pa zamotati cvrsto u alu foliju.<br \/>\n8.<br \/>\nU dublji pleh sipati malo vode i spustiti tako zamotanu roladu, sve zajedno peci na 200 C oko 45-50 minuta.<br \/>\n9.<br \/>\nIzvaditi iz rerne i samo malo odmotati foliju, pa vratiti nazad u rernu da se pece jos 20-30 minuta dok korica lepo ne zarumeni.<\/p>\n<p>Poslu\u017eivanje<br \/>\nMozete posluziti i dok je jos toplo uz neki fini prilog od povrca, ali cete roladu ipak lakse iseci ako sacekate da se malo prohladi.
