U bra\u0161no dodati ka\u0161iku soli, sipati jaje, kvasac, ulje i malo zagrijanog 500 ml(pola mlijeko\u2013pola voda) i umijesiti tijesto i staviti ga na toplom da se udupla.<br \/>\nKada se tijesto uduplalo, staviti ga na radnu povr\u0161inu i od ove koli\u010dine napraviti 28 loptica. Loptice staviti da malo odmore (oko 20 min). 27 loptica razviti kao za pekarske kifle.<br \/>\nU svaku kiflu staviti po malo sira sa vrhnjem. Zarolati kiflu i presjeci ih na pola ali ukoso. Ja sam slagala u tepsiju br.30 oblo\u017eila sam je pek papirom. Prvi red ide 22 polovice, dio gdje smo presjekli ide uz sami rub tepsije.<br \/>\nDrugi dio sla\u017eemo isto 18 polovica, isto dio koji je sje\u010den stavljamo okolo, ali ih malo prema sredini kruga naginjemo. U sredinu ide ona 1 loptica koja je ostala i na kraju sla\u017eemo preostalih 14 polovica oko kruga, lagano ih stavljamo.<br \/>\nOstaviti da jo\u0161 malo nado\u0111e, prekriti prozirnom folijom oko 20 min da odstoji na toplom.<br \/>\nPremazati poga\u010du \u017eumanjkom i posuti susamom, lanom (koliko \u017eelite,a mo\u017ee i drugim sjemenkama). Pe\u0107i na 200 stepeni oko 40min. (zavisi od rerne). Staviti alu\u2013foliju kad porumeni poga\u010da.
