Rernu zagrejati na 180 stepeni. U jednom tanjiru pome\u0161ati orahe i bra\u0161no. Belanca umutiti penasto uz postepeno dodavanje \u0161e\u0107era. Dodati orahe i bra\u0161no. Lagano izme\u0161ati, sipati u pleh i pe\u0107i 15 minuta na 180 stepeni. Postupak ponoviti jo\u0161 dva puta.<br \/>\nZa \u017euti fil, mikserom umutiti \u017eumanca, cela jaja i \u0161e\u0107er. Prebaciti u \u0161erpu i skuvati fil na pari. Kada se fil ohladi umutiti margarin penasto sa \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu i spojiti ga sa filom. U fil dodati i mlevenu plazmu.
