Sitno isjeckati luk. Mrkvu izrezati na kockice.<br \/>\n2.<br \/>\nU posudu staviti meso, ri\u017eu, luk i mrkvu, pobiberiti, dodati malo Vegete i vrlo malo soli (nikad ne soliti puno, jer kupus i meso su dovoljno slani).<br \/>\nOdnedavno praktikujem dosipanje jednog decilitra tople vode u ovu smjesu, jer mi tako sarma bude finija, i meso razabranije i mek\u0161e.<br \/>\n3.<br \/>\nOdvojiti list po list kiselog kupusa. Sa svakog lista pa\u017eljivo no\u017eem skinuti debele \u017eile \u2013 a njih redati po dnu NENAULJENE \u0161erpe.<br \/>\n4.<br \/>\nNa svaki list kupusa staviti uvr\u0161atu supenu ka\u0161iku punjenja.<br \/>\nPreklopiti punjenje kupusom s lijeve i s desne strane i zarolati.<\/p>\n<p>ILI<br \/>\nSamo zarolati bez preklapanja, pa ostatak lista utisnuti prstom s jedne i s druge strane.<br \/>\n5.<br \/>\nSarme redati u \u0161erpu, zbijene jednu uz drugu. U svaki red ubaciti komad suhog mesa; najbolje izme\u0111u sarmi.<br \/>\n6.<br \/>\nPritisnuti sarmu tanjirom. U drugoj \u0161erpi prokuhati vodu, pa preliti sarmu. Neka nivo vode ne prelazi rubove tanjira.<br \/>\n7.<br \/>\nOstaviti da voda prokuha \u2013 \u010dim se to desi, smanjiti temperaturu i kuhati sarmu 1h vremena.<br \/>\n8.<br \/>\nNakon sat vremena, napraviti zapr\u0161ku. U tavi ugrijati ulje, pa skloniti s ringle. Neprestano mije\u0161aju\u0107i, dodati bra\u0161no, paradajz sos i alevu papriku. Vratiti tavu na ringlu i mije\u0161ati zapr\u0161ku minutu, dvije.<br \/>\nILI<br \/>\nU \u010da\u0161i dobro promije\u0161ati supenu ka\u0161iku bra\u0161na i dvije \u010dajne ka\u0161ike aleve paprike s 25 ml vode.<br \/>\n9.<br \/>\nOprezno skloniti tanjir iz \u0161erpe.
