{"id":8679,"date":"2021-11-01T08:49:42","date_gmt":"2021-11-01T08:49:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=8679"},"modified":"2021-11-01T08:49:42","modified_gmt":"2021-11-01T08:49:42","slug":"savrsena-grcka-torta-ukusniju-i-bolju-tortu-vec-dugo-nisam-pravila","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=8679","title":{"rendered":"SAVR\u0160ENA GR\u010cKA TORTA \u2013 Ukusniju i bolju tortu ve\u0107 dugo nisam pravila!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sastojci:<\/p>\n<p>Za 3 kore:<br \/>\n\u2013 12 bjelanjaka<br \/>\n\u2013 27 \u017elica \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n\u2013 12 \u017elica mljevenog plazma keksa<br \/>\n\u2013 15 \u017elica oraha<\/p>\n<p>Za kremu:<br \/>\n\u2013 12 \u017eumanjaka<br \/>\n\u2013 200 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n\u2013 2 pudinga od vanilije<br \/>\n\u2013 600 ml mlijeka<br \/>\n\u2013 300 g margarina<br \/>\n\u2013 100 g \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<br \/>\n\u2013 200 g sjeckanog plazma keksa<br \/>\n\u2013 200 g milka \u010dokolade po \u017eelji (ja sam stavila milku sa Oreo keksima)<br \/>\n\u2013 200 g krupnije mljevenih oraha<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<\/p>\n<p>Za pripremu kora kojih morate ispe\u0107i 3 komada (dakle, pe\u0107i tri puta u istom kalupu za torte) miksajte svaki put po 4 bjelanjka.Kada bjelanjci postanu \u010dvrsti dodati 9 \u017elica \u0161e\u0107era, 4 \u017elice mljevenog plazma keksa i na kraju 5 \u017elica mljevenih oraha.<\/p>\n<p>Dobivenu masu izliti u kalup za tortu na papir za pe\u010denje (kalup promjera 24 cm), rubove kalupa namastiti i pobra\u0161niti.Pe\u0107i u pe\u0107nici na 180\u00baC 18 minuta.Kora je gotova kada ravnomjerno posme\u0111i cijelom povr\u0161inom. Ako vam je pe\u0107nica malo ja\u010da, pecite koru koju minutu manje.Kore su u pravilu tanke i ne treba im dugo da se ispeku.<\/p>\n<p>Pe\u010denu koru iskrenuti iz kalupa na re\u0161etku, odmah pa\u017eljivo odljepiti papir za pe\u010denje, a kalup oprati i pripremiti za drugu koru koja se priprema na identi\u010dan na\u010din.Na isti na\u010din dakle treba ispe\u0107i 3 kore. Ohladiti ih.Dok se kore peku i hlade, pripremiti kremu. Staviti na tihu vatru lonac sa mlijekom (odvojiti cca 150 ml od predvi\u0111ene koli\u010dine).Miksati \u017eumanjke sa 200 g \u0161e\u0107era. Dodati onu manju koli\u010dinu mlijeka i pra\u0161ak za puding.<\/p>\n<p>Ukuhati dobivenu smjesu u vru\u0107e mlijeko.
