{"id":8676,"date":"2021-11-01T08:41:47","date_gmt":"2021-11-01T08:41:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=8676"},"modified":"2021-11-01T08:41:47","modified_gmt":"2021-11-01T08:41:47","slug":"slatki-vjencici-lagani-za-napraviti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=8676","title":{"rendered":"SLATKI VJEN\u010cI\u0106I LAGANI ZA NAPRAVITI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sastojci<\/p>\n<p>-1 kg brasna<br \/>\n-4 jaja<br \/>\n-naribana korica limuna<br \/>\n-150 ml otopljenog maslaca<br \/>\n-120 g secera<br \/>\n-otprilike 150 ml mlakog mlijek, dodajte po potrebi<br \/>\n-malo mlijeka za kvasac<br \/>\n-kvasca instant<br \/>\n-1\/2 zlicice soli\u2026.<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<\/p>\n<p>U malo mlakog mlijeka dodajte zlicu secera, zlicu brasna i kvasac, promjesajte i ostavite da zapjeni.<br \/>\nOstale sastojke istresite u zdijelu i dodajte kvasac.<br \/>\nSa mikserom ili rucno izradite glatko tijesto.<br \/>\nOstavite na toplom da se udvostruci.<br \/>\nZatim istresite na pobrasnjenu radnu povrsinu i napravite strucu koju kasnije izrezete na kolutice debljine 3-4 cm<br \/>\nOd svakog kolutica napravite lopticu.<br \/>\nZatim svaku lopticu razvaljajte po duzini i izrezite na trakice.<br \/>\nNakon toga krenite da motate od ugla sa strane izrezano tijesto.<br \/>\nUrolajte do kraja pazeci da trakice ostanu jedna uz drugu.<br \/>\nSad napravite vijencic od umotanih trakica.<\/p>\n<p>Ostavite malo da odstoji i premazite sa umucenim jajem pomjesano za zlicom mlijeka.<br \/>\nOstavite jos petnaestak minuta da se odmara zatim pecite u predhodno zagrijanoj pecnici na 180 stepeni.
