Dobro umutiti belanca dok se ne dobije \u010dvrst sneg. U to dodajte \u0161e\u0107er, potom \u017eumanca. Smanjiti mikser na najmanju brzinu pa lagano, ka\u0161iku po ka\u0161iku dodati bra\u0161no, orahe i kakao.<\/p>\n<p>2.<br \/>\nMasu sipati u pleh koji ste prethodno podmazali i posuli bra\u0161nom. Ja sam pekla u okruglom plehu, pre\u010dnika 28 cm.<\/p>\n<p>Koru pecite u zagrejanoj rerni na 180 stepeni, dok se lagano ne odvoji od ruba pleha.<\/p>\n<p>3.<br \/>\nPotrebne su vam dve ovakve kore.<\/p>\n<p>Ove kore pre filovanja natopite sa prelivom.<\/p>\n<p>Sastavite \u0161e\u0107er i vodu, stavite na \u0161poret da malo vri. Dovoljno je da se \u0161e\u0107er istopi. Ovo vam je dovoljno da prelijete obe kore.<\/p>\n<p>4.<br \/>\nKora 2:<\/p>\n<p>Dobro umutiti belanca u \u010dvrst sneg. Dodajte \u0161e\u0107er i nastavite mutiti dok belanca ne budu ba\u0161 \u010dvrsta. U posebnoj posudi izme\u0161ajte badem, orahe, suvo gro\u017e\u0111e, brusnicu i bra\u0161no.<\/p>\n<p>Po \u017eelji suvo gro\u017e\u0111e mo\u017eete staviti da odstoji prethodno u rumu.<\/p>\n<p>Lagano dodajte tu smesu u belanca. Mikser smanjite na najmanje, ili ga isklju\u010dite, pa masu dodajte u belanca me\u0161aju\u0107i ka\u0161ikom, lagano. Vodite ra\u010duna da vam belanca ne padnu.<\/p>\n<p>5.<br \/>\nMasu sipajte u pleh koji ste prethodno podmazali i posuli bra\u0161nom. Pecite u zagrejanoj rerni na 150 stepeni. Ovoj kori je potrebno da se fino isu\u0161i. Treba\u0107e vam ne\u0161to vi\u0161e vremena nego za prvu koru da je ispe\u010dete.<\/p>\n<p>6.<br \/>\nFil:<\/p>\n<p>Umutiti cela jaja, \u017eumanca i \u0161e\u0107er mikserom. Masu kuvati na pari.<\/p>\n<p>Kada je fil skuvan ostaviti da se ohladi. U hladan fil dodajte umu\u0107en puter.
