{"id":8645,"date":"2021-10-31T09:27:16","date_gmt":"2021-10-31T09:27:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=8645"},"modified":"2023-07-01T22:11:35","modified_gmt":"2023-07-01T21:11:35","slug":"pogaca-kruna-ili-cvet-pogaca-svejedno-kako-se-zove-bitno-je-da-je-predobra","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=8645","title":{"rendered":"POGA\u010cA KRUNA ILI CVET POGA\u010cA, SVEJEDNO KAKO SE ZOVE, BITNO JE DA JE PREDOBRA!!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sastojci<br \/>\n500 g bra\u0161na<br \/>\n10 g suvog kvasca<br \/>\n250 ml mleka<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica soli<br \/>\n30 g omek\u0161alog putera<br \/>\n50 g otopljenog putera<br \/>\npo \u017eelji susam, crni susam, laneno seme,razne semenke<br \/>\n1 \u043aa\u0161i\u010dica mleka<br \/>\n1 jaje + 1 belanac<\/p>\n<p>PRIPREMA:<\/p>\n<p>1.<br \/>\nZagrejati mleko da bude toplo, dodati suvi kvasac i ka\u0161i\u010dicu \u0161e\u0107era, prome\u0161ati pa ostaviti na stranu dok se kvasac ne podigne, oko desetak minuta.<\/p>\n<p>2.<br \/>\nU posudu, u kojoj \u0107ete mesiti, staviti bra\u0161no,ka\u0161ikicu soli pa sve dobro prome\u0161ati, napraviti udubljenje na sredini pa dodati, 50 g otoljenog putera, jedno celo jaje i jedan belanac, \u017eumanac ostaviti za premazivanje poga\u010de, i nado\u0161li kvasac sa mlekom.<br \/>\nSve dobro sjediniti, pa sipati na radnu povr\u0161inu i mesiti oko desetak minuta, ako vam je potrebno dodati malo bra\u0161na po radnoj povr\u0161ini.Testo treba da bude elasti\u010dno i mekano.<br \/>\nPremazati ga sa malo ulja, pokriti i ostaviti na toplom mestu da naraste.<\/p>\n<p>3.<br \/>\nNaraslo testo premesiti pa podeliti na 5 jednakih delova.<br \/>\nOd jednog dela,premesiti pa ga oblikovati u loptu i staviti ga na sredinu pleha, koji ste prethodno podmazali sa puterom, veli\u010dine od 22cm do 24cm, moj je bio 20cm i zato mi je poga\u010da oti\u0161la u visinu.<br \/>\nDrugi deo podeliti na 3 dela, pa ih rastanjiti i napraviti pletenicu,koju \u0107ete obaviti oko lopte u sredini.<\/p>\n<p>4.<br \/>\nOd preostalih tri dela, uzeti jedan deo, razvaljati ga otprilike 20cm u pre\u010dniku,premazati ga omek\u0161alim puterom, pa tako i sa slede\u0107im delom, razvaljati, staviti ga preko prvog i njega premazati omek\u0161alim puterom, i sa tre\u0107im, razvaljati, staviti ga preko prethodne dve kore, ali ga nemojte premazivati puterom.<\/p>\n<p>5.<br \/>\nRastanjiti sve kore u jednu pravougaonu koru, debljine,2mm pa je premazati ostatkom putera.
