Kore: Umutiti \u010dvrst sneg od belanaca, potom dodati \u0161e\u0107er. Lagano me\u0161aju\u0107i dodati<br \/>\nbra\u0161no i orahe. Masu sipati u plehu koji je prethodno podmazan i posut bra\u0161nom. Pe\u0107i u<br \/>\nzagrejanoj rerni na oko 180 stepeni dok se kora lagano ne odvoji od ivica pleha. Pe\u0107i<br \/>\novakve dve kore. Ja sam pekla u plehu pre\u010dnika 28 cm.<\/p>\n<p>2. Fil : Sipati 400ml mleka u \u0161erpu, tome dodati \u0161e\u0107er pa sve staviti na \u0161poret da provri.<br \/>\nPosebno umutiti 200 ml mleka sa \u017eumancima i gustinom. Vodite ra\u010duna da vam se ne<br \/>\nstvore grudvice. Kada mleko provri dodati masu od mleka, \u017eumanaca i gustina. Sve<br \/>\nzajedno prokuvati, neprekidno me\u0161aju\u0107i dok se masa ne zgusne. Ostaviti da se ohladi.<br \/>\nPosebno umutiti maslac sa prah \u0161e\u0107erom. Kada je fil hladan sjediniti ga sa umu\u0107enim<br \/>\nmaslacem. Na kraju dodati aromu vanile.<\/p>\n<p>3. Fil : \u0160e\u0107er staviti u \u0161erpu, lagano ga istopiti me\u0161aju\u0107i da se ne bi zapalio. Kada je \u0161e\u0107er<br \/>\nskroz istopljen u njega dodati rezge oraha. Sve izliti na pek papir i ostaviti da se ohladi.<br \/>\nKada je masa ohla\u0111enja samleti je (ja sam je samlela u secku) ili je usitniti tu\u010dkom.<br \/>\nUmutiti slatku pavlaku. Vodite ra\u010duna da je ne umutite previ\u0161e. Ako je previ\u0161e umutite<br \/>\ndodajte malo mleka oko 1dl tako da masa bude kremasta i lagana za mazanje. Odvojte<br \/>\nmalo grilija\u0161a za posipanje preko torte, oko 3-4 ka\u0161ike. U slatku pavlaku dodajte<br \/>\nizmrvljeni grilija\u0161. Umesto slatke pavlake mo\u017eete koristiti i \u0161lag.<\/p>\n<p>4. Tortu filovati kora-fil 1- fil 2- kora- fil 1- fil 2. Odozgo posuti grilija\u0161em.
