Stavite polovicu nadjeva od jabuka, prekrijte tijestom, prema\u017eite s malo maslaca pa stavite polovicu nadjeva od svje\u017eeg kravljeg sira.<br \/>\n2.<br \/>\nZatim ponovno stavite list tijesta, pa polovicu maka koji ste prethodno samljeli, list tijesta, pa postupak ponovite obrnutim redom, odnosno ponovo red maka, zatim nadjeva od svje\u017eeg kravljeg sira, jabuka i zavr\u0161ite orasima.<br \/>\n3.<br \/>\nGornji sloj oraha preklopite rubovima tijesta koje ide preko rubova kalupa, a zatim prekrijte s dva lista tijesta koja ste svaki premazali maslacem. Na kraju sve prelijte s 200 ml kiselog vrhnja i pecite u pe\u0107nici zagrijanoj na 180\u00b0C oko sat vremena.<br \/>\n4.<br \/>\nZa nadjev od jabuka: jabuke nare\u017eite na tanke kri\u0161ke i propirjajte s 25 g \u0161e\u0107era.
