{"id":8489,"date":"2021-10-25T13:56:49","date_gmt":"2021-10-25T13:56:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=8489"},"modified":"2021-10-25T13:56:49","modified_gmt":"2021-10-25T13:56:49","slug":"kadaif","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=8489","title":{"rendered":"KADAIF"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sastojci<br \/>\n1 vre\u0107ica(300-400)gnisam sigurna rezanaca za kadif<br \/>\n200g maslaca<br \/>\n5 ka\u0161ika ulja<br \/>\n400-500g oraha<\/p>\n<p>za agdu<br \/>\n1kg \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n3 kri\u0161ke limuna<br \/>\nvoda<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<br \/>\n1.<br \/>\nMaslac i ulje staviti u \u0161erpicu i na vru\u0107oj ringli zagrijati da se maslac rastopi i dr\u017eati ga tako na vru\u0107em \u0161poretu.Orahe krupno samljeti ,zna\u010di samo nekoliko puta da se okrenu u ma\u0161ini.Ako ne mo\u017eete tako samljeti ih ,onda pola isjeckajte na dasci za meso o\u0161trim no\u017eem.<\/p>\n<p>2.<br \/>\nPripremiti tepsiju broj 30 ,malo dublju.Pola kadaifa istresti u tepsiju i fino ga rasporediti da se ne lomi puno.Tepsiju nije potrebno mastiti.Sada vru\u0107 maslac ,otprilike jednu tre\u0107inu ,ka\u0161ikom lagano prelivamo po kadaifu pa ravnomjerno rasporedimo orahe.Ostatak kadifa ra\u0161irimo po orasima i lagano rukama pritisnemo da sve lijepo stane u tepsiju. Prelijemo sa ostatkom maslaca i ulja.<\/p>\n<p>3.<br \/>\nRernu upalimo na 170 na vru\u0107 zrak i kadaif se pe\u010de otprilike jedan sat.Ako je prejaka rerna smanjimo temp. na 160 stepeni.Uglavnom gotov je sa pe\u010denjem kada po\u010dne da \u201choda \u201cpo tepsiji tj.kad se tako ispe\u010de da se odvoji od rubova tepsije.<\/p>\n<p>4.<br \/>\n\u010cim smo kadaif stavili u rernu pristavimo agdu.Agda mora biti gusta i to je od klju\u010dne va\u017enosti za uspje\u0161no napravljen kadif.U \u0161erpu istresti \u0161e\u0107er i vode toliko da se \u0161e\u0107er potopi i jedan prst iznad.Dodamo i limun.Kada agda proklju\u010da smanjimo vatru i kuhamo je jo\u0161 15 minuta .Nakon toga isklju\u010dimo ringlu i skinemo \u0161erpu.<\/p>\n<p>5.<br \/>\nKada je kadaif ispe\u010den izvadimo ga iz rerne i ostavimo neka se malo ohladi ,otprilike 10 minuta.Agda je jo\u0161 topla i kutla\u010dom za supu polako zaljevamo kadaif.Uzeti tri kutla\u010de i ravnomjerno ih rasporediti po kola\u010du.Sve to raditi u tankom mlazu i polako da krajnji rezultat ne bi bio gnjecav.<\/p>\n<p>6.<br \/>\nAgdu opet vratiti na ringlu i neka se kuha jo\u0161 3 miute pa je opet skloniti sa vatre i tako vrelom zaliti kadaif .Opet tri kutla\u010de i vrlo tanak mlaz .Agda ponovo na ringlu i da kuha jo\u0161 2 minute.Sada neka se malo ohladi prije nego \u0161to je zalijete po kadaifu.Najbolje bi bilo to sada uraditi ka\u0161ikom .<\/p>\n<p>7.<br \/>\nAgda se ne\u0107e u\u0161e\u0107eriti zbog limuna.Ostaviti kadaif da se ohladi na sobnoj temp.Ja sam ga jo\u0161 kada se ohladio prekrila folijom i ostavila u \u0161pajzu preko no\u0107i i tek sutradan je spremljen u fri\u017eider.<\/p>\n<p>8.<br \/>\nNAPOMENA:izgleda komplikovano ,ali stvarno nije .Jedino zahtijeva malo vi\u0161e vremena i max posve\u0107enost dok se pravi.<\/p>\n<p>Poslu\u017eivanje<br \/>\nDobro rashla\u0111en!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Sastojci 1 vre\u0107ica(300-400)gnisam sigurna rezanaca za kadif 200g maslaca 5 ka\u0161ika ulja 400-500g oraha za agdu 1kg \u0161e\u0107era 3 kri\u0161ke limuna voda Priprema 1.
