U obzir je uzela 17 sastojaka koji, prema stru\u010dnjacima za ishranu Ujedinjenih Nacija i Medicinskog instituta, jesu najva\u017eniji za dobro zdravlje i smanjenje \u0161ansi za sr\u010dana oboljenja i rak: kalijum, vlakna, proteini, kalcijum, gvo\u017e\u0111e, folna kiselina, cink i vitamini A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, C, D, E i K.<\/p>\n<p>Zatim je sra\u010dunala koliko hranljivih sastojaka svaka namirnica sadr\u017ei po kaloriji energije koju pru\u017ea (zasnovano na dnevnom unosu 2.000 kalorija).
