Mnogo je ukusnija nego \u0161to na prvi pogled izgleda, jer su kore porozne, pa su lijepo upile fil, tako da je cijela torta veoma so\u010dna.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci:<\/p>\n<p>Za kore:<br \/>\n3 jaja<br \/>\n190 gr \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n4,5 ka\u0161ike vrele vode<br \/>\n4,5 ka\u0161ike ulja<br \/>\n120 gr bra\u0161na<br \/>\n150 gr mljevenih oraha<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica pra\u0161ka za pecivo<\/p>\n<p>Za karamel krem:<br \/>\n500 ml mlijeka<br \/>\n8 ka\u0161ika o\u0161trog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n340 gr \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n30 gr maslaca<br \/>\n30 \u2013 50 gr \u010dokolade<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<\/p>\n<p>Kore:<br \/>\nJaja dobro umutiti sa \u0161e\u0107erom da posvijetle i budu pjenasta (desetak minuta). Uliti ulje i vrelu vodu i jo\u0161 malo mutiti.<br \/>\nDodati bra\u0161no pomije\u0161ano s orasima i pra\u0161kom za pecivo i ru\u010dno promije\u0161ati da se sastojci sjedine.<br \/>\nMasu sipati u podmazan i pobra\u0161njen kalup promjera 20 cm i pe\u0107i 40 minuta na 180 \u00b0C.<br \/>\nGotov biskvit ohladiti na re\u0161etki i presje\u0107i na 3 dijela. (Druga mogu\u0107nost je da ispe\u010dete tri odvojene kore.)<\/p>\n<p>Krema:<br \/>\nZa kremu uzeti od predvi\u0111enog mlijeka onoliko koliko je potrebno da se razmuti bra\u0161no, tako da dobijete glatku smjesu.<br \/>\nPreostalo mlijeko staviti da provri i dodati razmu\u0107eno bra\u0161no. Mije\u0161ajte \u017eicom oko 5 minuta, da se krema lijepo zgusne.<br \/>\nKad je krema upola kuhana, staviti u drugoj posudu \u0161e\u0107er da se topi na laganoj vatri. U otopljen i karameliziran \u0161e\u0107er sipati kremu od mlijeka i bra\u0161na, a zatim na tihoj vatri mije\u0161ati da se sve lijepo sjedini, a karamelizirani \u0161e\u0107er skroz otopi. Na kraju dodati maslac i \u010dokoladu i promije\u0161ati.<\/p>\n<p>Slaganje:<br \/>\nPrvu koru premazati ohla\u0111enom kremom, zatim staviti drugu, pa opet kremu, zatim tre\u0107u koru i na kraju kremom premazati cijelu tortu, odozgo i sa strane,<br \/>\nUkrasiti po \u017eelji.
