Od bjelanjaka umutiti \u010dvrsti snijeg.<br \/>\nU drugoj posudi \u017eumanjke umutiti sa \u0161e\u0107erom i uljem. Dodati mlijeko, prosijano bra\u0161no sa pra\u0161kom za pecivo (malo po malo) i sol.<br \/>\nRu\u010dno dodati snijeg od bjelanjaka.<\/p>\n<p>Pleh dimenzija 30\u00d730 oblo\u017eiti papirom za pe\u010denje, te uliti i poravnati pripremljenu smjesu.<br \/>\nStaviti u zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu i pe\u0107i 15-20 min (dok lagano ne porumeni i \u010da\u010dkalica suha iza\u0111e van).<br \/>\nOhladiti biskvit.*<\/p>\n<p>Kad se biskvit ohladio, narezati ga na kockice (ja sam ih rezala na dimenzije 5\u00d75 cm).
