Maslac treba biti oko 20 st C nikako skroz razmek\u0161an a ni skroz tvrd. Treba oko 10 min da se muti. Prvo maslac sam a zatim dodavati \u0161e\u0107er.<\/p>\n<p>Bra\u0161no, kakao, pra\u0161ak za pecivo, sodu prosejati. Jogurt i kiselu pavlaku izme\u0161ati da se izjedna\u010di.<\/p>\n<p>Maslac i \u0161e\u0107er mikserom umutiti u svetlu i pahuljastu masu. Jaja cela dodavati po jedno, mute\u0107i svo vreme oko 30 sekundi. Dodati bra\u0161no naizmjeni\u010dno s jogurtom, me\u0161ati ru\u010dno samo dok se smesa ne izjedna\u010di.<\/p>\n<p>Kalup za kuglof namazati maslacem i posuti bra\u0161nom. Stavite testo u kalup (oko 3\/4 pleha) pre\u010dnik 23cm.<\/p>\n<p>Pe\u0107i na 150 \u00b0 C ventilator ili 170 C klasi\u010dna rerna tokom 45 \u2013 60 minuta, do tzv. suve \u010da\u010dkalice. (Meni je trebalo 45 min u rerni sa ventilatorom). Izvadite iz rerne, 10 minuta ostaviti da se ohladi u kalupu, a zatim izvaditi i ohladiti na \u017eici za hla\u0111enje. Uvek pe\u010denje prilagodite svojoj rerni.<\/p>\n<p>Glazura:<\/p>\n<p>Prelijte preko seckane \u010dokolade zagrejano mleko (mora biti jako vru\u0107e), dodajte \u0161e\u0107er i maslac.
