Bra\u0161no dodavati deo po deo, pa ako je suvi\u0161e meko dodati jo\u0161 bra\u0161na.<\/p>\n<p>Testo zaviti u foliju i ostaviti nekoliko sati u fri\u017eider, a najbolje preko no\u0107i.<\/p>\n<p>Testo razvaljati na pobra\u0161njenoj povr\u0161inina 7-8 milimetara i vadit modlicom poga\u010dice 2do3cm (najmanjom kru\u017enom modlicom, ili rakijskom \u010da\u0161om). Po\u0161to ostanu krajevi oko poga\u010dica, to ponovo premesiti i opet vaditi poga\u010dice. Truditi se da se sa testom \u0161to manje radi, jer postaje mek\u0161e i skuplja brano i tako postaje \u010dvr\u0161\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p>Poga\u010dice re\u0111ati na pleh sa papirom za pe\u010denje. Preostalo belance umutiti sa malo soli pa njime namazati poga\u010dice. Po vrhu posuti kim ili crni susam.<\/p>\n<p>Pe\u0107i u rerni zagrejanoj na 200C. Nakon par minuta pe\u010denja smanjiti na 180C i pe\u0107i dok poga\u010dice ne budu skroz rumene.<\/p>\n<p>Poslu\u017eivanje<br \/>\nSlu\u017eiti po \u017eelji..Kod nas u \u010diniji pa ko pro\u0111e taj se poslu\u017ei<br \/>\n*Moja mama pravi sa margarinom i koristi 250gr za ovaj recept, na to do\u0111e skoro 1\/2kg bra\u0161na.
