Umesite testo, pokrijte providnom folijom i ostavite sat vremena.<\/p>\n<p>Pome\u0161ajte orahe i \u0161e\u0107er, pa dodajte kardamon, a u zasebnoj posudi otopite puter. \u0160e\u0107er i vodu pome\u0161ajte u \u0161erpi, pa me\u0161ajte dok ne proklju\u010da, a zatim kuvajte jo\u0161 2-3 minuta. Sada imate spreman i sirup i fil.<\/p>\n<p>Podelite testo na 2 dela od po 350 g i na 9 delova od po 35 g. Uzmite jedan deo testa od 350 g i tanko razvucite, pa stavite u pleh koji ste premazali puterom.<\/p>\n<p>Lepo razvucite da pokrijete ceo pleh i ivice (ne do kraja, samo malo podignite testo). Svaku put kad stavite testo malo rukama pritisnite.<\/p>\n<p>Pokrijte i ostavite da odmori pola sata. Isecite oblike dijamanata. Prema\u017eite sa umu\u0107enim \u017eumancima koja ste pome\u0161ali sa ka\u0161ikom ulja.<\/p>\n<p>Na svaki utisnite badem i pecite na 160\u00b0c nekih 20 minuta. Izvadite baklavu, jo\u0161 jednom isecite, pa prelijte istopljenim puterom (350 g).<\/p>\n<p>Kada dobiju zlatno braon boju izvadite. Prelijte hladnim sirupom vrelu baklavu.
