Odvojiti malo i staviti kvasac da uskisne. Ostalo mlijeko staviti u posudu u kojoj \u0107ete mijesiti pa dodati mineralnu vodu, \u0161e\u0107er, sol, \u017eumance i utu\u010deno bjelance.<br \/>\nU to staviti uza\u0161li kvasac i polako dodavati bra\u0161no da dobijete mekano tijesto (ne premekano).Ostaviti da udvostru\u010di obujam, razvaljati i mazati samljevenim salom(mo\u017ee i margarin) i tijesto preklopiti kao za lisnato tijesto. Ostaviti da miruje pola sata. Sve ponoviti jo\u0161 dva puta. Nakon toga razvaljati, rezati na trokute, na svaki trokut staviti malo marmelade, zaviti i ostaviti kifle da narastu pa staviti pe\u0107i na 200 stupnjeva.Pe\u010dene posuti \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu.
