ODLI\u010cNE \u010cISTA 5"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nisam znala kako da nazovem ovaj kola\u010d sve dok nisam probala prvi zalogaj\u2026Svi vi koji volite klasi\u010dne ledene kocke-probajte i ove s okusom maka\u2026.odli\u010dne su..!!<\/p>\n<p>SASTOJCI<\/p>\n<p>Za biskvit:<br \/>\n7 bjelanjaka<br \/>\n60 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n2 Vanilin \u0161e\u0107era Dolcela By Podravka<br \/>\n150 g Maka Dolcela By Podravka<br \/>\n50 g Gussnela Dolcela By Podravka<br \/>\n2 \u017eli\u010dice Pra\u0161ka za pecivo Dolcela By Podravka<br \/>\n200 ml mlijeka<\/p>\n<p>ZA KREMU<br \/>\n7 \u017eutanjaka<br \/>\n90 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n100 g Gussnela Dolcela By Podravka<br \/>\n1 l mlijeka<br \/>\n250 g maslaca<br \/>\n50 g \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<br \/>\n500 ml vrhnja za \u0161lag<br \/>\n1 \u0160lagfix Dolcela By Podravka<\/p>\n<p>PRIPREMA<\/p>\n<p>Bjelanjke pomo\u0107u elektri\u010dne mije\u0161alice istucite u \u010dvrsti snijeg.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160e\u0107er pomije\u0161ajte s vanilin \u0161e\u0107erom i postepeno u nekoliko navrata dodajte u snijeg od bjelanjaka neprestano mije\u0161aju\u0107i kako bi se \u0161e\u0107er u potpunosti rastopio.<\/p>\n<p>Mak sameljite, stavite u posudu pa pomije\u0161ajte Gussnel i pra\u0161ak za pecivo, pa lagano, ali temeljito pomo\u0107u kuha\u010de umije\u0161ajte u istu\u010deni snijeg.<\/p>\n<p>Pripremljenu smjesu izlijte u nama\u0161\u0107eni lim za pe\u010denje veli\u010dine 40X24 cm i pecite ga u pe\u0107nici zagrijanoj na 180\u00b0 C oko 20 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Pe\u010deni biskvit pustite da se malo ohladi pa ga prelijte s 200 ml toplog mlijeka.<\/p>\n<p>\u017dumanjcima dodajte \u0161e\u0107er, Gussnel, 100 ml hladnog mlijeka i dobro izmije\u0161ajte kako biste dobili glatku smjesu bez grudica. Ostatak mlijeka stavite na vatru da zakuha.<\/p>\n<p>Kada je mlijeko zakuhalo uklonite ga s vatre i u njega pomo\u0107u pjenja\u010de umije\u0161ajte pripremljenu smjesu. Vratite na laganu vatru i neprestano mije\u0161aju\u0107i kuhajte oko 1-2 minute. Uklonite s vatre i pustite da se ohladi do sobne temperature.<\/p>\n<p>Omek\u0161ani maslac i \u0161e\u0107er u prahu pomo\u0107u elektri\u010dne mije\u0161alice zajedno dobro istucite te ga izmije\u0161ajte s ohla\u0111enom kremom.<\/p>\n<p>Kremu ravnomjerno nanesite na pripremljeni biskvit i poravnajte. Kola\u010d stavite u hladnjak na 30-ak minuta kako bi se krema stisnula.<\/p>\n<p>Vrhnje za \u0161lag istucite tek toliko da se po\u010dne zgu\u0161njavati, dodajte \u0161lag fix i jo\u0161 kratko istucite.
