Dodajte u preostalo , pogrijano, toplo mlijeko. Zamijesite tijesto sa svim sastojcima. Mjesite dok ne dobije srednju mekocu, po potrebi dodajte jos malo brasna. Ostavite da stane 1 sat. Za fil, sitno izsjeckajte luk, papriku i paradajz i dodajte u fasirano meso. Dodajte zacine i mjesite smjesu rukom 2 min.<br \/>\nOd tijesta napravite 12 kolacica. Svaki kolacic pobrasnite malo i razvaljajte valjkom na velicine jedne prosjecne pizze. Stavljajte po jednu supenu kasiku fila preko pola tijesta. Preklopite sa drugom polom i zavrnite malo krajeve. U vecoj tavi rastopite malo putera sa malo ulja. Przite po 2 pogace u tavi sa obje strane.
