\/>\n500ml mlijeko<br \/>\n150g margarin<br \/>\n3 \u017elice kakao.<br \/>\nfil 2<br \/>\n500ml mlijeko<br \/>\n60g bra\u0161no (tip 400)<br \/>\n20g gustin<br \/>\n100g \u0161e\u0107er<br \/>\n100g bijela \u010dokolada<br \/>\n100g margarin<\/p>\n<p>glazura<br \/>\n200g \u010dokolada<br \/>\n100g margarina<br \/>\nmalo ulja<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<br \/>\n1.<br \/>\nkore:<\/p>\n<p>izmje\u0161aj bra\u0161no, pra\u0161ak za pecivo i margarin (ja to napravim u multipraktiku) da se dobro razradi, a zatim dodaj ostale sastojke i umijesi glatko tijesto. ostavi na hladnom stajati oko 1h umotano u prozirnu foliju. ja sam zamjesila tijesto nave\u010de, a onda sam sutra ujutro valjala kore.<\/p>\n<p>2.<br \/>\ntijesto obavezno premjesiti i podijeliti na 4 jednaka dijela. ja ih izva\u017eem. tako napraviti s obadvije smjese. ja sam ih razvaljala na lim dimenzije 30\u00d740 i pe\u0107i 10 minuta na 160 na vru\u0107em zraku ili prilagodite svojoj pe\u0107nici kako to ina\u010de radite.<\/p>\n<p>3.<br \/>\nfil 1<\/p>\n<p>istopite \u0161e\u0107er u karamel i zalijte s dijelom mlijeka i ostavite da se karamel istopi. dio mlijeka izradite s bra\u0161nom i sipajte u otopiti karamel. kakao dodam kada fil skuham i umje\u0161am ga u vru\u0107e. u malo prohla\u0111enu kremu umje\u0161ajte margarin i krema je spremna. ne \u010dekajte da se ohladi, jer se ne\u0107e dati mazati na kore.<\/p>\n<p>4.<br \/>\nfil 2<\/p>\n<p>stavite mlijeko da zakuha te u njega izlijte dio koji ste razmutili (dio mlijeka \u0161e\u0107er bra\u0161no i gustin). kada fil skuhate i maknete s izvora topline umje\u0161ajte bijelu \u010dokoladu, a zatim i margarin.<\/p>\n<p>sada kada ste napravili oba fila bacite se na filovanje. na tamne kore tamna krema tanko razmazana dugim no\u017eem, pa tako svijetla i tako dok ne prema\u017eete svih 8 kora. zadnju kremu prekrijte prozirnom folijom i na ma\u0111aricu stavite ne\u0161to te\u0161ko da se sljube kore i filovi.<\/p>\n<p>glazura<\/p>\n<p>otopite \u010dokoladu i margarin (ja to radim u mikrovalnoj) vi napravite kao ina\u010de radite dobro izradim i na kraju dodam jo\u0161 malo ulja.<\/p>\n<p>1.<br \/>\novako izgleda gotova dvobojna ma\u0111arica.<\/p>\n<p>i jo\u0161 sam htjela re\u0107i, ukoliko vam se ne kuha dva razli\u010dita fila, mo\u017eete napraviti duplo ovaj drugi fil i u pola dodati
