{"id":8040,"date":"2021-10-07T09:42:16","date_gmt":"2021-10-07T09:42:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=8040"},"modified":"2021-10-07T09:42:16","modified_gmt":"2021-10-07T09:42:16","slug":"rumunski-kuglof","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=8040","title":{"rendered":"RUMUNSKI KUGLOF"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sastojci<br \/>\nTjesto:<br \/>\n270 ml mleka<br \/>\n600 gr. bra\u0161na<br \/>\n40 gr. svje\u017eeg kvasca<br \/>\n60 gr. \u0161e\u010dera<br \/>\n1\/2 male ka\u0161i\u0107ice soli<br \/>\n1 celo jaje<\/p>\n<p>Makov nadjev:<br \/>\n100 gr. mlevenog maka<br \/>\n20 gr. p\u0161eni\u010dni griz<br \/>\n180 ml. mleka<br \/>\n60 gr. \u0161e\u010dera<br \/>\n1 kesica vanilin \u0161e\u010der<br \/>\nprstohvat cimeta<\/p>\n<p>Lje\u0161nikov\/orehov nadjev :<br \/>\n150 gr. mlevenih lje\u0161njaka<br \/>\n150 gr. mlevenih oraha<br \/>\n1 bjelance<br \/>\n0,50 ml. mljeka<br \/>\n120 gr. \u0161e\u010dera<br \/>\nprstohvat cimeta<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<br \/>\n1.<br \/>\nU 270 ml.mlakog mljeka dodajte 4 ka\u0161i\u0107ice bra\u0161na od ukupne koli\u010dine,ka\u0161i\u0107icu \u0161e\u010dera i kvasac.Ostavite da naraste 15 min.<br \/>\n2.<br \/>\nU preostalo bra\u0161no dodajte 60 gr.\u0161e\u0107era,sol, jaje i nado\u0161li kvasac , lepo izmjesite i ostavite pokriveno krpom da stoji 45 minuta na toplom.<br \/>\n3.<br \/>\nU 180 ml. mljeka dodajte 60 gr. \u0161e\u010dera,vanilin \u0161e\u010der, malo cimeta i zavrijte. Zazim dodajte mak i p\u0161eni\u010dni griz i kuhajte 3 minita.Ostavite da se ohladi.<br \/>\n4.<br \/>\nU 0,5 dcl. mljeka dodajte 120 gr. \u0161e\u0107era in malo cimeta i zavrijte.Kad zavri dodajte mlevene le\u0161njake i orahe, lepo premje\u0161ajte da se ujedna\u010di i ostavite da se ohladi.Kad je ohla\u0111eno dodajte jedno pjenasto vilju\u0161kom izmu\u0107eno bjelance.<br \/>\n5.<br \/>\nTjesto premjesite i ga razdjelite na 2 jednaka djela i ih razvu\u010dete u pravougaonike 30X40 cm.Jedno tjesto nama\u017eite sa makovim nadjevom a drugo sa lje\u0161njakovim nadjevom.<br \/>\n6.<br \/>\nSvako tjesto savijte tjesno po du\u017eini u rolat i presjecite po du\u017eini na pola.Jednu makovu polovinu i jednu lje\u0161njakovu prepletite izme\u0111u sebe kao na slici.
