Osim \u0161to su izvrsne za grlobolju, ovi bomboni su i odli\u010dnog okusa<\/p>\n<p>Evo kako da ih spremite.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci koji \u0107e vam biti potrebni za recept:<br \/>\n1 \u0161olja \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\npola \u0161olje vode<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161ika meda<\/p>\n<p>Ja u recept ina\u010de dodajem i sastojke navedene ispod, ali oni nisu obavezni:<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161ika limunova soka<br \/>\npola ka\u0161i\u010dice mljevena \u0111umbira<br \/>\n\u010detvrtina ka\u0161i\u010dice mljevena klin\u010di\u0107a<\/p>\n<p>Upute za pripremu recepta;<\/p>\n<p>U posudu uspite \u0161olju \u0161e\u0107era i pola \u0161olje vode. Prere\u017eite limun na pola i iz jedne polovice iscijedite ka\u0161iku soku u posudu, te dodajte ka\u0161iku meda, on smiruje upaljeno grlo te zaustavlja ka\u0161alj.<br \/>\nDodajte pola ka\u0161i\u010dice mljevena \u0111umbira koji oja\u010dava imunitet, suzbija upale, ubla\u017eava bol i mu\u010dninu, te na kraju dodajte \u010detvrtinu ka\u0161i\u010dice mljevenog klin\u010di\u0107a. Ako nemate mljevenog klin\u010di\u0107a mo\u017eete uzeti suhi klin\u010di\u0107 i sami ga samljeti. Klin\u010di\u0107 smanjuje stvaranje sluzi u organizmu.<\/p>\n<p>Proces kuhanja:<\/p>\n<p>Posudu stavite na vatru i dobro promije\u0161ajte sastojke. Kad po\u010dne da kipi ponovno promije\u0161ajte te smanjite vatru na lagano. Pustite da lagano kuha 15 do 20 minuta te svako malo promije\u0161ajte. Dok smjesa kuha pripremite tacnu i podlo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje.<\/p>\n<p>Kada pro\u0111e 15 do 20 minuta maknite posudu s vatre i pustite da se ohladi nekoliko minuta. Mje\u0161avina bi trebala biti gusta, tamna i sirupasta.
