Zatim dodavati ka\u0161iku po ka\u0161iku \u0161e\u0107era. Dodati \u010dokoladu i mlevene orahe pa ru\u010dno, vrlo polako, sve prome\u0161ati.<br \/>\n2.<br \/>\nSmesu izliti u kalup pre\u010dnika 26cm, predhodno oblo\u017een papirom za pe\u010denje, i pe\u0107i na 150C 10-15 minuta. Pe\u010denu koru no\u017eem odvojiti od stranica kalupa, otkop\u010dati obru\u010d, prevrnuti koru na tanjir i pa\u017eljivo odlepiti papir. Ohladiti.<br \/>\n3.<br \/>\nNa isti na\u010din, ispe\u0107i jo\u0161 jednu koru.<\/p>\n<p>Kora II:<br \/>\n1.<br \/>\nUmutiti belanca, sa prstohvatom soli, u \u010dvrst sneg. Zatim dodavati ka\u0161iku po ka\u0161iku \u0161e\u0107era. Dodati \u010dokoladu, mlevene i seckane orahe i mlevenu kandiranu koru narand\u017ee (ja sam je samlela u blenderu), pa ru\u010dno, vrlo polako sve prome\u0161ati.<br \/>\n2.<br \/>\nSmesu izliti u kalup pre\u010dnika 26 cm, predhodno oblo\u017een papirom za pe\u010denje, i pe\u0107i na 150C, 10-15 minuta. Zatim isklju\u010diti rernu i ostaviti koru i isklju\u010denoj rerni jos 15-20 minuta.<br \/>\nPe\u010denu koru no\u017eem odvojiti od stranica kalupa, otkop\u010dati obru\u010d, pa\u017eljivo prevrnuti koru na tanjir, odlepiti papir i ohladiti.<\/p>\n<p>Krem:<br \/>\n1.<br \/>\n\u017dumanca i 100gr \u0161e\u0107era mutiti mikserom dok se smesa ne ujedna\u010di \u2013 ne mora da se zapeni i pobeli.<br \/>\n2.<br \/>\nU drugoj posudi razmutiti puding sa malo mleka (oduyetog od 700ml) i sjediniti sa \u017eumancima. Ostatak mleka sa preostalih 100gr \u0161e\u0107era, zagrevati na laganoj vatri.<br \/>\n3.<br \/>\nKad mleko skoro proklju\u010da, skloniti ga sa vatre i u tankom mlazu ulivati smesu od \u017eumanca i pudinga. Vratiti na vatru i uz stalno me\u0161anje skuvati gust krem.<br \/>\nKrem pokriti prozirnom folijom (tako da dodiruje krem) i dobro ohladiti pre filovanja.<br \/>\n4.<br \/>\nPuter, sobne temperature penasto umutiti, pa mu dodavati ka\u0161iku po ka\u0161iku krema.<br \/>\nU drugoj posudi umutiti slatku pavlaku u \u010dvrst \u0161lag i sjediniti sa kremom \u2013 ru\u010dno.<\/p>\n<p>Filovanje:<br \/>\nObru\u010d kalupa oblo\u017eiti folijom sa unutra\u0161nje strane i staviti na tanjir odgovaraju\u0107e veli\u010dine.<br \/>\n1. Kora I + 8ka\u0161ika krema<br \/>\n2. Kora II \u2013 vodite ra\u010duna, vrlo je osetljiva.<br \/>\n3. 8 ka\u0161ika krema + Kora I<br \/>\n4. Gornju koru prema\u017eite ostatkom krema u tankom sloju, a ostatk ostavite za premazovanje cele torte nakoh hla\u0111enja.<br \/>\n5. Tortu odlo\u017eiti u fri\u017eider preko no\u0107i, sutra dan otkop\u010dati i skinuti obru\u010d, pa\u017eljivo odlepiti foliju od stranice torte.
