Odli\u010dna \u0107e biti uz sve \u0161to poslu\u017eite, a evo kako da je napravite.<\/p>\n<p>SASTOJCI:<\/p>\n<p>200 ml mleka<br \/>\n100 ml vode<br \/>\n15 g kvasca<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n50 ml ulja maslinovog<br \/>\n550 g bra\u0161na<br \/>\n50 g ka\u010dkavalja<br \/>\nso<br \/>\n100 g feta sira<br \/>\n\u017eumance za premazivanje<br \/>\nsusam po \u017eelji<\/p>\n<p>PRIPREMA:<\/p>\n<p>Izmrviti kvasac u mlekom mlaku, dodati \u0161e\u0107er, pa kad zapeni dodati ostatak mleka i vode, dodati ulje, bra\u0161no, so i zamesiti glatko testo. Ostaviti da naraste pa ga podeliti na 3 dela pribli\u017ene veli\u010dine.<\/p>\n<p>Prvi deo razviti u pravougaonik, premazati uljem i narendati ka\u010dkavalja pa uviti u rolat. O\u0161trim no\u017eem ise\u0107i sa obe strane ne sasvim do sredine.<\/p>\n<p>Krajnji kraj uvijati u krug s tim da ise\u010deni deo bude na vrhu. Staviti u podmazan pleh veli\u010dine 24 cm. Drugi deo razviti u krug i ise\u0107i 12 trouglova u svaki staviti kockicu feta sira i savijati u kiflice.<\/p>\n<p>Re\u0111ati ih do ivice pleha u krug a vrh kiflice nasloniti na deo koji je u krugu. Od tre\u0107eg dela odes\u0107i manji deo i ostaviti po strani. Loptu razviti u kvadrat pa se\u0107i na trake premazati uljem sapojiti dve u vrhu i uviti u kiku i obaviti sredinu u krugu.<\/p>\n<p>Ostatak testa kidati loptice i popuniti izme\u0111u kiflica. Pokriti folijom i ostaviti 15 min. Premazati \u017eumancetom i posuti susamom.
