{"id":7817,"date":"2021-09-27T19:13:02","date_gmt":"2021-09-27T19:13:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=7817"},"modified":"2023-04-01T11:59:37","modified_gmt":"2023-04-01T10:59:37","slug":"prhke-mak-kiflice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=7817","title":{"rendered":"Prhke Mak Kiflice"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sastojci<\/p>\n<p>Fil od maka<br \/>\n200 g mlevenog maka<br \/>\n120 g secera<br \/>\n100-110 ml mleka<br \/>\nribana korica pola limuna<\/p>\n<p>Testo<br \/>\n375 g brasna<br \/>\n1 kasicica praska za pecivo<br \/>\n150 g putera<br \/>\n1 jaje<br \/>\n60 g secera u prahu<br \/>\nsok i kora pola limuna<br \/>\n75 ml mleka sobne tem<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<br \/>\n1.<br \/>\nPrvo napraviti fil od maka : u serpu staviti mleko i secer i ostaviti da provri . Skloniti sa vatre dodati mak i koricu limuna , dobro izmesati i ostaviti na stranu da se hladi .<\/p>\n<p>2.<br \/>\nU dublju posudu prosejati brasno i prasak za pecivo , dodati secer u prahu i na sitnije parcade isecen hladan puter pa ga natreti sa brasnom dok se ne dobije sitna , mrvicasta struktura . Dodati jaje , koru i sok pola limuna i polako dodavati mleko dok se ne dobije malo cvrsce testo ( ja sam potrosila svu kolicinu mleka ) . Testo raditi oko min \u2013 dva dok ne postane glatko i dok ne pocne da se odvaja od ruke . Podeliti testo na tri jednaka dela , od svakog formirati lopticu a zatim lopticu rastanjiti i formirati krug precnika oko 15 cm ( to ce bitno pomoci kod kasnijeg razvijanja posle hladjenja ) . Uviti testo u plasticnu foliu i ostaviti da se hladi sat vremena .<\/p>\n<p>3.<br \/>\nRadnu povrsinu malo posuti brasnom i pazljivo razviti testo pazeci da se ne zalepi , testo lagano okretati prilikom razvijanja i ako je potrebno jos posuti malo brasna . Testo razviti precnika 37 \u2013 38 cm i veoma tanko , debljine oko 1- 2 mm . Premazati testo jednom trecinom maka ali ostaviti od ivice oko jedan cm bez fila . Iseci testo na 16 jednakih delova ( najbolje tockicem za secenje pice).<\/p>\n<p>4.<br \/>\nPazljivo uviti kiflice \u2026..<\/p>\n<p>5.<br \/>\n\u2026.i redjati ih u tepsiju u koju je stavljen papir za pecenje .
