Vra\u0107amo se sve \u010de\u0161\u0107e nekim staromodnim receptima, koji miri\u0161u na uspomene.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci<br \/>\n1 jaje<br \/>\n5 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era (100 g)<br \/>\n2 ka\u0161ike kvalitetnog kakaa (25 g)<br \/>\n3 ka\u0161ike p\u0161eni\u010dnih klica (30 g) \u2013 umesto njih, mo\u017eete staviti mlevene orahe<br \/>\n1 ravna ka\u0161i\u010dica sode bikarbone<br \/>\n1 ravna ka\u0161i\u010dica pra\u0161ka za pecivo<br \/>\n150 g bra\u0161na<br \/>\n200 g doma\u0107eg pekmeza od \u0161ljiva (5 punih ka\u0161ika)<br \/>\n1\/2 ka\u0161i\u010dice cimeta<br \/>\n2 dl mleka<br \/>\n4 ka\u0161ike ulja<\/p>\n<p>ZA PREMAZIVANJE<br \/>\npar ka\u0161ika doma\u0107eg pekmeza od \u0161ljiva (po ukusu)<br \/>\nZA GLAZURU<br \/>\n80 g \u010dokolade za kuvanje<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161ika ulja<br \/>\nPO \u017dELJI DODATI<br \/>\n1 \u0161aka suvih \u0161ljiva<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<br \/>\n1.<br \/>\nUmutiti jaje sa \u0161e\u0107erom, pa dodati pekmez i te\u010dne sastojke. U drugoj \u010diniji pome\u0161ati prosejano bra\u0161no, kakao, cimet, pra\u0161ak i sodu bikarbonu. Ume\u0161ati u prvu smesu (radite sve \u017eicom za mu\u010denje, mikser nije potreban). Dodati na kraju i p\u0161eni\u010dne klice, pa ujedna\u010diti ka\u0161ikom. Smesa treba da bude srednje gustine i da se lako razliva.<\/p>\n<p>2.<br \/>\nPo \u017eelji, u kola\u010d mo\u017eete dodati i malo iseckanih suvih \u0161ljiva na kraju, koje ste prethodno namo\u010dili.<\/p>\n<p>3.<br \/>\nSipajte smesu u manji duguljasti nama\u0161\u0107eni kalup. Pecite u rerni zagrejanoj na 190 C, kad se od gore stvori korica, malo smanjite temperaturu. Bi\u0107e potrebno ukupno 35-40 min. da se ispe\u010de, prilagodite vreme svojoj rerni i vrsti kalupa.<\/p>\n<p>4.<br \/>\nPe\u010den kola\u010d izvrnite na tacnu. Topao prema\u017eite obilno od gore sa pekmezom, tako da imate deblji sloj. Ostavite 1 cm do ivice nepremazan (lep\u0161e izgleda, \u010disto estetski). U plasti\u010dnoj vre\u0107ici otopite \u010dokoladu. Jednostavno stavite izlomljenu \u010dokoladu i ulje u malu vre\u0107icu, zave\u017eite je u \u010dvor i stavite u posudu sa vru\u0107om vodom. Kad se otopi sasvim, isecite vrh i pravite paralelne linije po kola\u010du.<\/p>\n<p>Poslu\u017eivanje<br \/>\nKola\u010d je so\u010dniji kad malo odstoji.
