Recept \u0107e se dopasti svima.<\/p>\n<p>Probajte i na\u0161 recept za cimet rolnice pa uporedite \u0161ta vam se vi\u0161e svi\u0111a.<\/p>\n<p>SASTOJCI:<br \/>\nZa testo:<br \/>\n600-650 g mekog bra\u0161na<br \/>\nso<br \/>\n20 g kvasca<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n200 ml tople vode<br \/>\n75 ml ulja<br \/>\n1 jaje<br \/>\n2 ka\u0161ike kisele pavlake<\/p>\n<p>Za premazivanje testa:<br \/>\n1 jaje<br \/>\nso<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161ika kisele pavlake<\/p>\n<p>I jo\u0161:<br \/>\n60 g maslaca<br \/>\n60 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n2 ka\u0161ike kakaoa<br \/>\n\u0161e\u0107er u prahu<\/p>\n<p>PRIPREMA:<\/p>\n<p>Razmutite kvasac sa 100 ml tople vode, ka\u0161i\u010dicom \u0161e\u0107era i ka\u0161i\u010dicom bra\u0161na.<\/p>\n<p>Ostavite ga na toplom desetak minuta da nado\u0111e. U aktiviran kvasac dodajte polovinu prosejanog bra\u0161na, so, jaje, ulje, kiselu pavlaku i ostatak vode.<\/p>\n<p>Rukama umesite glatko testo, postepeno dodavaju\u0107i ostatak bra\u0161na. Testo prekrijte i ostavite da odmara 30 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Podelite ga na 2 dela (jufke) i ostavite ih da odmore desetak minuta. Jufke istanjite u pravougaonike.<\/p>\n<p>Prema\u0107ite sa maslacem. Pospite \u0161e\u0107er i kakao, pa testo urolajte. Isecite ih ukoso u trougli\u0107e.
