Za pi\u0161kotu: razdvojiti belanca od \u017eumanaca, umutiti ih mikserom na najja\u010doj brzini u \u010dvrst \u0161ne iliti sneg od belanaca. Postepeno dodavati \u0161e\u0107er i mutiti na jakoj brzini da se \u0161e\u0107er rastopi. Tada, smanjiti brzinu na najslabije, pa dodavati jedno po jedno \u017eumance, lagano me\u0161aju\u0107i (ovaj deo mo\u017eete i varja\u010dom).<br \/>\nKada ste dodali sva \u017eumanca, dodajte postepeno i lagano me\u0161aju\u0107i, mleveni plazma keks i mlevene orahe.<br \/>\nPi\u0161kotu sipajte u \u0161erpu koju ste namazali margarinom i oblo\u017eili papirom za pe\u010denje. Za \u0161ne od belanaca: umutite belanca koja ste ostavili sa strane. U dobro umu\u0107en sneg od belanaca, dodajte postepeno \u0161e\u0107er (6 ka\u0161ika ostavite). Treba da vam bude ba\u0161 \u010dvrst \u0161ne.<br \/>\nOnih izdvojenih 6 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era ispr\u017eite. Dok ih pr\u017eite, ringlu ostavite na srednjoj ja\u010dini, da vam \u0161e\u0107er ne izgori.
